Test for any job (mnk example here):
Config such that punches and kicks do the same damage. Vere 90 + Poise Shoes works, or just use no weapon and no kick boots. Don't use ODD weapon (if relic) or weaponskill (if Empyrean).
Pick target mob that isn't going to use any defense-up buffs on itself, or any attack-down buffs on you. Request (if possible) that def-down spells are not used (Dia, Angon, acid bolts, various blu spells, etc).
Turn off Spellcast and don't use any macros that would change gear (including for WS). Do not use any secondary buffs -- no Berserk, Stalwarts, etc (or only use if you can guarantee the buffs are up for the parse data). Food is fine as long as it won't get dispelled.
Record total attack/acc/str/dex (att for cRatio, acc for eva, str for vit, dex for crit rate).
Turn on parser and record fight. Can use Hundred Fists to get more attacks in. 100+ hits should give a rough idea, 200+ hits would be better.
May need to repeat with a couple different configs depending on where your cRatio ends up falling, but should be enough to get at least a rough idea of the mob stats.
Provide detailed hit distribution here (or, probably better, in the mob stats thread in the Math forum) for analysis.
Am guessing Kaggen and Qilin are probably useful targets, and one of the T6 Jeuno mobs (I haven't done enough to have a good guess as to which one would be the best representative).
Actually, I've got a parse of Qilin lying around, now. Of course I didn't really record any of my stats, and it's far from a controlled test, but... I'd make a (very) rough guess of a defense of about 850, and somewhere around 515 evasion. Should probably update the spreadsheets for that.
Edit: scratch that; it forgets to account for level correction. Assuming level 106, that would be ~485 evasion and ~640 defense.
