No, they're solely the average damage in a single melee round. As far as JA delay is concerned, the comparison was whether it added enough additional damage to compensate for the delay of using the ability in the first place based on overall DPS.Are your melee round numbers accounting for the impact on WS frequency as a result of JA delay and TA proc?
It does add a small bit of extra TP, though, which isn't accounted for in terms of total effect. Average hits per hand was 1.464 (from what I recall; spreadsheet is at home), which would be increased to 2.85 (accounting for accuracy) for the main hand; so 1.386 hits' worth of TP at 4.8 TP per hit, giving 6.65 TP. Assuming something between 110 and 120 average TP when using a weaponskill, that's a gain of between 5.5% and 6% of a weaponskill. Assuming Exenterator's average damage without AC of 1239, that's an extra 69 to 75 damage contributed, putting total effective gain from using on a melee round at 175 to 181, which is a net gain over a stacked JA, but still not enough for the delay cost of a solo JA.
