Isn't the Denali/Askar/Goliard+5 stuff the Rheic/+1/+2/+3/Phorcys, Euxine/+1/+2/+3/Thaumas, Tethyan/+1/+2/+3/Nares stuff dat mined int he test server thread (page 163)?

The Nyzul Isle +5 is very similar or maybe exactly the same as some stuff that's popped up in test server .dats with a different name more recently. I sadly can not post a link, but it's in page 163 of the Test Server Findings thread posted by Fredjan. Look for the "Rheic", "Euxine", and "Tethyan" sets.

Not sure if there's any significance in that or if the names have just changed or what.

Generally you need about 10 quest repeats before you get to the next fame tier. Initial quest may give a bonus point or two. Two stacks = 24 shrooms = 8 quests, iirc, so it makes sense that you are still rank 1. 60 quest repeats = 180 shrooms = 15 stacks

Sort of. A theoretically-unlimited amount of XP can be gained in Campaign Battle by doing damage, but the amount of XP you actually receive is capped by the amount of time you've had your tags on, and the exact cap on XP per minute is determined by rank. HOWEVER, XP over this cap is not lost; it's recorded as surplus until you've had your tags on long enough to get it, and isn't lost until you turn in your tags/the battle ends.

So, let's say you're at a rank that lets you get up to 200 XP a minute. You get tags and immediately start fighting a dude, killing him in 3 minutes. Let's say you accumulated 5k XP in that fight via doing damage, healing yourself, etc. If you turned in right at the 3 minute mark, you'd get 600 XP. If you AFKed and turned in after 25 minutes, you'd get your full 5k. If you afked 30 minutes and then turned in your tags, taking no other action, you'd get 5k. If you AFKed and the battle ended 10 minutes after you'd gotten your tags, you'd get 2k and the other 3k would be lost.

Thanks, after trading more I got to fame level 2. Here's hoping I get a cool dark ring or a hairpin as I slaughter many many funguars today.

Depends on the situation, element and beast family you're facing. For random stuff, maybe Falcorr > DY > Hobbes/Slug > Onion/Leech > anything else. For water-based mobs, Gerard is great. For anything where damage is blunt, maybe use the Leech. I haven't used the turtle yet. TH3 on Falcorr and DY of course. Movement speed - Falcorr and Hobbes are fast and I've used Falcorr to kite stuff around, Raphie is slow.

The frog is cute and tastes liek chikn. Hope this helps.

Actually I am not trolling, and nor am I trolling on the official forums with the TH adjustment. Unless talking about how the BSTs on those forums are bitching, threatening to quit the game, and acting like the sky is falling is now trolling. If pointing out that the official forums should be ignored by the Dev team because a large number of people seems to want everything over there while a good chunk are those glorius perle bastards. Then I will have to cut myself later over how the word troll just applies to anyone and everything people feel like throwing it at. That trend is really getting old.

That being said! I have a serious interest in putting BST on my little taru mule and running around with the frog and leveling it. I just wont do much with the frog besides fodder and afk if it can't possibly be used for anything. I am just trying to see if there is any little thing that frog can be good for.

If I was going to try and troll I would talk about how that taru has no subjob and various things. Such as how I was saying subjobs are just for elitists in PJ the other day. Just for the sake of pointing out the significant difference.

Jomachines tested it say it was 5% for 2-3 and 10% for 4-5

I have the Moonshade TP Bonus/Att earring, wondering if it would have use for Namas Arrow while I build to x2 STR earrings?

Relic's static TP and all but I'm not sure how the math on the TP Bonus actually works.

It acts as if you had 25 more TP than you do. In this case, we would expect it would extend your relic aftermath duration by 3~4 seconds. Not worth it, in my opinion. STR earrings are cheap these days.
