While capped haste is generally a good idea it never was ALWAYS the ideal for jobs. Occasionally other things like Xhit builds or more DW, DA, TA etc outweighted a little haste (of course that was somewhat dependent on how much outside haste you have and I think in higher haste situations capped haste might still be ideal for nin)
Anybody know if there is a version of Altana View out there with the new merit weapon skills in it?
Someone posted a version on neko sentai that included the merit weapon skills. My ISP is down, so I don't want to track down a link now though.

The merit weapons skills have their own category and aren't listed under their specific weapons, if you download it and can't find them.
Anyone know if NM Beastmen in CoP Dynamis zones drop 100s?
Not been able to find confirmation on the lvl99 relic trials.
The second trial only gives you the afterglow effect?

For example, the first Yoichi trial when completed will give you racc40 rattk30. Does it also give the 40% boost to namas AND the increased chance of dealing extra damage?
Anyone else having issues with FFXI freezing your whole computer?
Only really worthwhile if you can make a set that brings you into yellow hp, similar to what blms would do for sorc ring.
I'm pretty sure Mercurial Strike is affected by one of them. I know way back yonder when I knocked him out, I never took exact damage on my Monk - but I was wearing both Black Belt and Merman's Earring at the time so I'm unsure which effect was reducing damage and never paid close enough attention to the numbers to back-calculate it.
I'm not sure myself, I certainly don't remember shell doing much, but the last time I fought him I kept cureskin up anyway.

Actually wins even without Shinobi Ring, but 4% haste is obviously a nice gain. If you have marches or Embrava then this set would overcap delay reduction so you go back to a more typical configuration, but depending on your total haste and DW you may be able to cap delay reduction with slightly less than 25% gear haste.
Note that this set was made prior to Nyzul gear, haven't bothered looking at builds with those items yet.
Am I correct in thinking that -1 items drop from any mobs within CoP dynamis zones? I'm 0/6ish full runs on THF -1 feet in Qufim, rotating between /ja proc mobs families, and I've seen almost all of the other -1 feet, just want to make sure I'm not missing something dumb.
