Last Shantotto fight duoable? what jobs?

I did it with WAR + WHM.

WHM had very few hexes, so he died half way through. WAR actually died once but I reraised with something like 2k hp and tanked fine the rest of the fight.

If whm mule had had all hexes it woulda been cake.

WAR had all hexes from gob NPC.

my war and whm were pretty gimp MS+upheaval did ~7k

Its name is misleading, it just removes the position lock upon JA usage. Awesome for Thieves, because you can re-position yourself while using trick attack/sneak attack. It's also nice when you use a WS or something and the monster train you're fighting randomly decides to walk behind you. It just generally improves quality of life for any job that uses JAs, which is all of them.

It's still a lot of swapping, once for every mob you kill, specifically just for TH. it'd be best if the TH were on gear we'd want to equip normally, even if it weren't for the TH.

However, this does mean it doesn't need to be worth using for WS, just a good TP gear that beats whatever we currently TP in for that slot.

Or better yet, amend the AF2 hands to include TH+ for Call Beast. That'd be the best way to handle it. Give pets TH3+ when calling using AF2 hands. Or maybe +1 TH per level of Beast Affinity, as part of the AF2+2 augment.

So bst's shouldnt need to swap gear to put higher levels of TH on, but thieves do? ok...

I'm looking for a decent cure potency set for SCH. I've mostly neglected the job and my only other mage job is BLM so my cure potency is lacking. I have a Heka's body, but no magian cure staff. What's my best bet without a magian staff? Would ASA pants with cure potency/movement speed be the best since I don't have gaiters? This would be for Nyzul only really.

Recipes for taking synergy to 80 that aren't the stalls? I have alchemy cooking and fishing all 100 without needing to ask a friend to afk next to me. Most the recipes I think I can reasonably make are still ??? so wondering if there's an easy path other used.
