I suck at grammar.
I suck at grammar.
You definitely do, even that sentence is wrong, lol...
WELL?
I'd help out but I already have to do this with my girlfriend. Her spelling is atrocious which kinda scares me since she's a part-time elementary school teacher.
I admit that I'm guilty of ninja-editing like half my posts to fix typos/grammatical errors.
I can help you with structure and such, I'm actually pretty good with that kind of stuff even in English, my spelling sucks though.
I spell perfectly fine, I'm just complete butt at anything grammatical since I type like I speak.
That's not always the worst thing. I tend to write how I speak as well, my first year of college I failed an English class as the teacher hated my style of writing(especially the fact that I would curse in my essays). The next quarter I retook the same class with a different teacher, they absolutely raved about the way I wrote and gave me an A+++.
I mean if you were a little too black I guess it'd be an issue but I haven't seen you axing any questions or na'attameaning people.
Oh, forget a comma there.
Fuck, run-on sentence, need to split that up.
Etc.
In my world, this is what PhD students are for.
Usually mine consist of realizing that I used 'lol' more than once in a single post, which drives me nuts when people do.
PM me your email or something so I can make notes in word.
When I sit in class, I look like someone who probably never does homework, never seems interested in the lesson and shit like that.
I remember one time a professor came up to me and seriously asked me did I write a paper because of how well-written it was. Then after we did an in-class essay, he left me alone.
Also I get uncomfortable when people ask questions on stuff like that where it just comes naturally to me, I was helping a neighbor's kid with algebra a few years back and he just didn't get it, I'm not a great instructor and the best of my advice would be to stop being dumb.
Here's my tip: don't end sentences in prepositions
