I got lucky getting lockboxes after I get even luckier and got the Brute weapon off Blackheart in mission 3. After getting that it became so easy to kill him I ended up getting a lot of 3 and 5 lockbox rewards from killing him in addition to the 1 you get from the allies. Still had pretty bad luck on covers this time around though I finally managed to get her a couple of days ago after finishing the 4 star task.

Just found out Frank Barbiere is signing at my LCS on Wednesday. Never read Five Ghosts. is it any good?
I've been on kind of a supernatual/horror tear recently, reading Locke & Key, Fatale, etc.

Yeah it's pretty good. Very pulpy feel to it. Really fun concept too I'd definitely at least get the 1st issue signed by him.

I thought it was good, loved Talia's comments about Batman. I didn't care for Ras Al Ghul wanting revenge on Batman, it doesn't make sense. Damian and Talia's death are hardly Bruce's fault.

Uncanny X-Men keeps getting worse and worse. Oh boy more Mystique! Bad enough I had to fight her a millon times in MAA.

Uncanny X-Men reads like the great American novel compared to the cesspool that is GotG. At least Pachelli's art is really nice, but lord almighty is Bendis butchering the characters.

Best thing I've read this week was the Animal Man Annual #2. Travel Foreman came back to do art duties and he's amazing. He left the book early on because his mother had died and he was struggling to draw his amazing version of the rot. It was pretty cool to see him come back with Lemire's really touching look at how Buddy grieves over his son.
