Speaking of Hickman, EAST OF WEST! EAST OF WEST! This issue had some of the best dialogue i've read in a very long time. Infinity is looking to be amazing. It seems it will be Avengers vs. the Builders and New Avengers vs. Thanos(which I think will be the most amazing shit ever).

Hickman really is just a beast. First (hopefully, I'm scared to go all in) worthwhile Marvel event in a long time, and Manhattan Projects and East of West, which are always fucking great. He's got another series coming out on Avatar called God is Dead about some mythical gods coming back to earth. My wallet sighed til I realized it was a mini cause I gotta buy everything he does, except Secret, which I'll just download.

MAA: Season 10 is live with Bruiser Bishop as the reward along with Elektra Lockbox. Archangel alt uniforms are now as well. Comes in Scrapper and Blaster variety and sadly doesn't seem as good as the Angel uniform.

Just started reading East of West, holy shit is it awesome. I can honestly say that image currently has more titles that I enjoy more so than either of DC or marvel, however Superman Unchained #3 was fantastic.

Also, X-(wo)Men was really good! Loved the Wolverine/Jubilee story.

I'm liking the turn Ultimates is taking. Shaking up the status quo in a good way, not an Ultimatum way.

Nova felt really disjointed :/

Marvel confirmed today Venom will end with issue 42 in October. Venom will play a part in a Superior Spider-Man story shortly after that though so the character at least doesn't appear to be going anywhere.

Series was never the same after Rick Remender left it. I don't think Cullen Bunn is really that good outside of maybe the 6th Gun and Helheim has been ok.
That said.. amazing reboot for the character and Flash Thompson is a compelling hero with struggles.
One of the best costume redesigns ever. I love my marvel select Agent Venom figure. :D

Agree on X-Men, Brian Wood writes good shit.

Looks like Avengers Arena will end with issue 16 then be retooled for NOW phase 2. X-Factor is almost definite for phase 2. Captain Marvel is skipping a month and rumor is it will be renumbered for Phase 2 as well.

Haven't talked MAA in a bit. I'm sure those who play are aware of Spec Ops featuring Ares. Ares is a brute, I love his passives. What I really love is all the new villains: Dark Hawkeye(Bullseye), Dark Wolverine(Dakan) and Dark Widow(blonde russian lul). Bishop looks like he's gonna be crazy from the 1 fight I got to play him but a little complicated. Also, can't wait to play Elektra, 6/8 on covers so far.
