I am done with DC till they re-re-re-reboot Batman. Spider-Man not too good either this week, and Kick-Ass major let down for a first issue.

I kind of agree Superior was not that amazing as an issue but I thoroughly enjoyed the references to the origins of Alchemex.

Forever Evil #1 was interesting but I havent read any other DC tie-ins except Batman and...I hated it.

I'm not a Capt. Marvel fan by any stretch but I would hope they would cast someone a lil bit sexier to portray her.

W. Haden Blackman and J.H. Williams III have left Batwoman

Unfortunately, in recent months, DC has asked us to alter or completely discard many long-standing storylines in ways that we feel compromise the character and the series. We were told to ditch plans for Killer Croc’s origins; forced to drastically alter the original ending of our current arc, which would have defined Batwoman’s heroic future in bold new ways; and, most crushingly, prohibited from ever showing Kate and Maggie actually getting married. All of these editorial decisions came at the last minute, and always after a year or more of planning and plotting on our end.

We’ve always understood that, as much as we love the character, Batwoman ultimately belongs to DC. However, the eleventh-hour nature of these changes left us frustrated and angry — because they prevent us from telling the best stories we can. So, after a lot of soul-searching, we’ve decided to leave the book after Issue 26.

Marc Andreyko will take over writing. Seems he will take over before the current arc Williams and Blackman had planned ends.

Think this the 3rd writer to quit a title at DC this year because of DC telling them what to write and the person just taking a hike.

I remember Andy Diggle being one, and he had quit before the issues (was only like 2 or 3) he wrote were even on shelves.

Diggle, Jordan, Fialkov, Blackman+Williams, Robinson. I'm feel like I'm mising a few others as well. Grant left on good terms, but still gone.
If you go back another year or two you can throw in George Perez, Ron Marz, Greg Rucka, Brian Wood, Judd Winick.

Agreed. Anyone read God Is Dead last week from Hickman on Avatar? I thought it was garbage. You could definitely tell Hickman didn't actually write much of it, but still was disappointing coming from him.
