In true Marvel fashion, tie ins for Death of Wolverine start this week before the event has even finished. Getting flashbacks of Steve Rogers return prior to Siege, though this time I just don't care.
Black Widow last week even seemed to take place after his death. Then again the entire Death series doesn't really seem to fit anywhere in the continuity.
meh when it's marketed as such a huge event I don't expect the continuity to be perfect or even close to it by any means but I do expect it to not straight up contradict everything that had happened the past month or two in the main characters own solo series.
You can tell it was written a long time ago but in usual fashion, Marvel sat on it. See Age of Ultron for reference.
The flerken reveal in this weeks Captain Marvel was hilarious. It's been a fun series to read.
Spoiler: show
I am disappointed in all of you for not recommending Princess Ugg. The first issue was phenomenal and I can't wait to get into more once I wade through this mountain of free comics.
I have no clue what Princess Ugg is.
First issue of AXIS was great. Tony done screwed up again.
And the first NYCC announcement is already out of the way. Hickman's Avengers run culminates in May 2015 for a year long Secret Wars event.

So is it a war between alternate universes?
It's the end of the "Time" saga...so I would assume different timeline's...I see four caps in that image at least.
I looked at a larger version of the Secret Wars image. Lots of alternate reality versions of heroes and what seems to be the 616 Avengers from their first incarnation. This is only a guess but I think the Beyonder gets pulled out as a secret weapon(maybe by Doom?), to help in the battle of incursions. Then the Beyonder starts another Secret War.
The 616 looking Avengers could be the alternate reality ones we saw a few months ago in the main title.
Marvel is trying to really mess with Fox over the licensing to their properties apparently
Bleeding Cool
I can't link the picture apparently![]()
They got dumped off by AIM in some random reality without Avengers, can't remember the number.
Yah, AIM sent them to a universe without Avengers.
I'm kinda pissed that Marvel is going to these ridiculous lengths to preserve their rights to characters not appearing in Fox movies. Disney should just bite the bullet and buy the rights back.
Or, you know, it could just be people pushing conspiracies when there isn't anything there.
