Remender totally made Fantomex the main character/star of Uncanny X-Force(until the last arc where he was dead the whole time).

Finished Uncanny X-Force and started Uncanny Avengers.
Is it bad I picture Red Skull to sound like a cross between The Monarch from Venture Bros. and a little like the sounds the guys from Mars Attack make?
EDIT: Great line from Uncanny Avengers:
Wasp: "Has everyone wondering who you slept with to land the job."
Havok: "It was Thor."
Wasp: "I knew it."
why can't i find avengers 44![]()
WHY IS MARVEL.COM LYING TO ME DELIRIUM
Hexed this week was so good again. Reviews for the series are really high as well.
So Bendis uses his penultimate issue on Uncanny X-Men for a filler issue...
Posted this on the deadpool thread by accident...anyone reading the Convergence stuff in DC right now?
I powered through all the Future's End, World's End, and the convergence tie-in solo issues. Gotta say it feels pretty disjointed to me. Maybe because I read it all in one shot, but it feels like they're just throwing everything at the wall and seeing what happens.
Convergence 2 spoilers...
Spoiler: show
Convergence is little more then a placeholder event while DC moves offices, and having it matched up against the impending Secret Wars likely won't do it any favors unless something really big comes out of it.
I gave up on World's End after a few issues so Idk what's going on there, but Future's End suffered from them trying to cram too many storylines in. There was simply way too much going on there.
I wish I wasn't so critical of DC these days, but they just don't put out stuff that I'm excited to read about. Image and Marvel have me counting down the days until the next release of the various series I follow, while I consistently watch DC can the only series I care about (Earth 2/Worlds Finest) or saddle them with shit creative teams (Green Lantern).
I read all the Earth 2 books, so I figured I needed to read World's End...it was honestly better than Future's End. It had a cohesive story at least. There's just way too many plotlines to figure out in Future's End. I'm a completionist though so I will read it all. lol
I agree on not feeling the "pull" to the DC titles right now. I pared down my pull list a bit last month and have been keeping up with DC just digitally. Image and Valiant both are putting out gorgeous, well written books, it's hard to spend money on some of the DC stuff in light of it.
So um.... what happened in Future's End? I fell off around week 10.
The only part that will actually matter?
Spoiler: show
Ive read 2 convergence tie-ins because they were well reviewed and had characters I liked pre-new52(Oracle/Nightwing and The Question).
Other than that, I have no interest especially after how panned #0 & #1 were.
I actually liked the Terry/Plastique relationship they were building for a few issues. Terry dying and Tim replacing him is just...ugh.
Oh, and new Firestorm...Madison Payne, with Rusch trapped inside the matrix. They created a new Dr. Polaris. Supes came back at the end. Oh, and Brainiac was there for all of an issue. lol

Hail Hydra
Giant Size Little Marvel AvX
Then grabbing digital only X-Men '92
