There is no proof of that, it's all speculation based on his comment that "this iron man book will be so awesome we may need to do a second one" which is a huge leap of speculation

Ok I think I can finally piece together what is going on in Ultimate End to an extent...

Spoiler: show

Doom purposefully put 616 and 1610 together and has set a course to have their heroes conflict so that they may destroy each other. However, when Strange sent the people who remember the original multiverse across battleworld, Miles ended up in Manhattan and Doom does not know. Miles will likely tip the conflict such that the heroes survive until whatever is happening is Secret Wars concludes and sets everything back on course.

Still rather Bendis being Bendis.

Franklin can create universes which was even touched upon in James Robinson's run. It is highly possible he wil be the one that makes the post secret wars universe.
