How is it the printers fault? Pretty sure Marvel controls when they want to release books? Trying to release 2 issues a month of the same title causes problems.

Am I totally off-base on that?

Speaking of money, my LCS had 50% off back issues today. Someone bought their Ms. Marvel #1(1977). I got a whole bunch of really old Deadpool issues, New Mutants #1, and othe random stuff. Friend bought like every issue of Astonishing X-Men 1-54.

wait I'm confused now XD when you do mean double shipping do you mean an issue for a series comes out twice in a month?

it means different in the office haha. basically the printers go on vacation during holidays and they tell us that we have to do two weeks of work in that one week

(thus might explain why some things are very rushed looking T_T)

Ya, when a series has 2 issues come out in the same month. Pretty much every Marvel NOW! title is like that(with the exception of Uncanny Avengers because #2 has been delayed). Makes it hard on our wallets

I feel like every time I drop a title (or a title gets cancelled) I find something else to fill its place and end up saving no money. I dropped Birds of Prey, and it turns out that the new creative team on Detective Comics is damn good. And Resurrection Man and Defenders end as all this Marvel NOW! stuff is starting up. I already want to follow Deadpool and Fantastic Four at the very least. And I was holding off on buying Thor #1, but I'm sure if I get it I'm gonna want to follow that too. And Cap #1 is coming out this week. :/

Fraction's FF is starting out pretty great so far surprisingly.Keep in mind that his biggest/main fault is his endings so we've got a while before we see if he's shit at this or not.

True. Although I did like how Defenders wrapped up, considering how batshit crazy that last arc got. I wouldn't be surprised if I was in the minority on that one.

I read it, came to see other people's reactions to it. I liked the twist, and if it's going to be played out in several issues to come things could get VERY interesting. I'm more curious to see down the road how it's all "fixed."

ASM was ok. I just want to see how it plays out before I make any judgments.
I really enjoyed Journey into Mystery, Hawkeye, Indestructable Hulk, and Captain Marvel.

I worked forever yesterday, so I didnt get to read a lot of other stuff I got.

I have ONLY read 698, what's the kind of backstory to all that on the twist?

EDIT: Also, in Marvel Avengers Alliance news, Mockingbird is on sale for 4 days.... AT 200 CP, yeah fuck you playdom. That's more than 2x what I was expecting.
