I didn't like how Cap was written. Immediately after he regains control to beat down the mob that was trying to sway him, he loses control again and blows up on Havok? A little inconsistent.

My daughter loves em. She reads the main nook as well as the Marceline and the Scream Queens book. I myself love the show, but don't find the comics quite as funny. Still... I think they are pretty damn great.

If you didn't know, the main comic is written by the Dinosaur Comics guy. Ryan North.

Yeah people on the forums are convinced that it is Magneto coming out due to the previews that are up for chapter 11 and the "Not a hero...." portion of the news story with Not A Hero being the title of Magneto's mini-series from last year. Makes sense with a chapter 10 deploy also that has Xavier and Wolverine going to a secret meeting with Magneto.

Yea Revival is a good one to trade wait for... it packs a lot of characters and small developments in each issues, which is why I had to reread it. First world problems of reading so many comics that you start forgetting shit month-to-month.

I am always looking for more comics to read that aren't just about super heroes. So far Saga and american vampire are fucking amazing and I like sweet tooth alot, I'll have to try out revival. Also, Under Water Welder was pretty awesome. Any other recommendations are welcome.

Check out Witch Doctor and Prophet. Some would maybe argue that Prophet is a super hero book but it's just pure sci-fi that is amazing. Fables is a great series too.
