SWTOR: Random Complaint thread. F2P means P2Win

So I finally hit 50 Monday and started to work on the annoying task of gearing up my Sentinel. I saved up 1000 Merc and 1000 Warzone commendation and had 1 Champion bag in my inventory. I manged to get 1 champion lightsaber and 1 centurion offhand saber after I cashed in all my commendations. Then off to Illum and warzones I go. What a horrid mess. Even through team coordination and focus fire people new to 50 can barely scratch the folks who have obtained their Champion or Battlemaster sets. This game makes me look forward to GW2 so bad where it will be about skill and not gear. The clunky combat system just serves to compound the bad game design. But until TERA launches (or Secret World turns out to be decent) I have no other MMO to play. >.>

Grats on getting your MH/OH off your saved up bags, thats pretty neat lol. I much prefer the battlemaster bags cause I get to choose which pieces I want to spend my bm comms on. I think the champ bag idea was kind of terrible.

Yeah good thing there wasn't a gamebreaking exploit that allowed one faction to get to or near valor 60 in a matter of hours. And if there was, good thing they would roll it back so that faction wouldn't have a decisive advantage!

Just spend 90 minutes farming armaments because kill counts aren't working on Illum. Jump into a warzone, win the match and that doesn't get counted either. I'm done.

Forgot about it and a couple hours later boom perma banned for not being at least 13 years old. Sent an email to contest it and let them know they have no sense of humor. Account is locked til I get a reply though can't log into game or forums.

IDK what you are talking about, but this is not a hoax. The email is cropped so you don't see my real name or names of my contacts. View it close, nothing edited because it is real.








Second image is from the webpage when I tried to go there. The date says I will be unbanned next month, but that is because they automatically put a month up for time to investigate and for me to try and have the decision reversed. It however is permanent.






I am not sure what else I could do to prove I am not just trolling. I was perma banned from swtor for making a joke about my age.

Yeah there are some examples in this video given (in the first couple of minutes) of how some people have been temp/perm banned by guild chat even, among other reasons. Big Brother is watching your every move! Damn F*****!

Did you consider that maybe someone that heard you in general chat (and knowing that TOR has been banning people for saying they are under 13) reported you for the lulz or to just be a malicious dick? It seems unlikely (to me) that they are just parsing chat looking for this kind of shit. Either way pretty fucking stupid.
