I don't know if it is the same problem Blizzard has... they both have dead servers, yes, but Blizzard has that problem because people move around servers and the normal atrophying of players for a game this old. Bioware has that problem because they artificially limited the number of players on a server on day one to artificially inflate their servers to make the game look huge, and now that people realize the game is a piece of shit, they are bailing like rats off a sinking ship, and it makes the problem 10 times worse.

Over under on the time it takes SWTOR to go free to play? 18 months?

As much as it would please you to see bioware burn ringthree , swtor will never go free to play in at least the next 3 years. And I only say that time frame because gw2 is gonna come out and prove how well f2p works. Rift still has a sub, so swtor will theoretically never go f2p.

I believe I have indicated my level of "mad" about this game. It's pretty high. I also don't really think SWTOR will go free to play, I was more being bitter than anything. How about you buy my piece of shit game for the $60 I paid, and then you won't have to worry about my level of "mad".

GW2 will definitely be a better game than SWTOR, but Jesus kids... when are we going to learn that if all you do is hype up a game for tiny improvements, you will always be disappointed. GW2 is not the second coming either.

@Ring: Sorry, but no refund for you. Many of us told you back then that the game was going to flop within a year, but you still had that hilarious thing called hope and wanted to play with your lightsabers. Your $60 went towards having lightsabers in a MMO setting, and by golly, EA delivered on that! Lesson learned: bitter, painful lesson.

@Vrumpt: Its good to see you still so jovial about the game. Someone needs to be. You carry the burden well, friend.

I didn't have any hope this game would be good. I thought it was going to be shit from the beginning. I got this piece of shit because my friend wanted me to try it out. I played it until level 15, it was everything I thought it was going to be and less, and I wasted money on it. Neither me or my friend plays it now. /shrug In the grand scheme, $60 is nothing. It's a sushi dinner. I wouldn't even have minded wasting the money if I thought it was just a shitty game (hell, I actually purchased LOTRO just to try it out) it's the nature of the shittiness that bugs me.

I don't really like the SW setting either, and I couldn't give a shit about lightsabers. Check my post history if you don't believe me.

Friend of mine bought the game for me. I paid 15 for one month sub. Meh, beat everything(didn't do NM or w/e, no point, same shit etc).

There's regretting, and there's asking for your money back, haha. I regret plenty of things, but if I used the product, and it wasn't faulty, I don't have a right to ask for a refund.

Now if you want to make the case of false advertising (which could probably work), we may have something...
