It's dumb. Sorry. You can trust all you like and be as good looking as you think you are (lol, btw) but everyone always lies and shit happens. Sometimes people have shit for YEARS before they know about it.

Trust does not mean you cannot be smart and cautious as well. If you care about your own health and that of your wife's, you will get tested to MAKE SURE that you're both not infected. Not because you don't trust her, or visa versa, but because you love and trust each other too much to want to see each other possibly hurt.

YES! And by getting tested, you're also protecting each other, because as he said, there's more than 1 way to get a disease.

Assuming neither has cheated, whatever they've got they've transmitted to each other already. If either has something it would be good to know (and seriously have you not had a single physical in the past 8 years or whatever?) to get treatment, but in lieu of symptoms or cheating berating this guy now finally to get tested is kinda :eyeroll:

Now, the fact he didn't get tested before they started raw-dogging it is grossly irresponsible, condoms in previous relationships or no.

Never had my peehole swabbed, been tested probably 15 times.

It seems they only do that if you exhibit symptoms of a peeholeswab test STD. Otherwise it's just blood/urine draw.

It's not finalized and will probably go to a ballet/voted on by the public. I for one am going to vote against it "same sex marriage". Same deal with instate residence tuition rates for illegal aliens.

Yes if it does go on to public vote I will be voting against it, I put it in quotes mainly just to clarify which I was voting against, the option to vote for it or just the right to get married. Just seemed inaccurate on which subject matter. Also to be more specific it is currently not set to be on public vote I believe it has to go through a partition first to get to it.

I'm not against gay/lesbian couples getting the same rights as a married couple just more or less the title of marriage. To me that should just remain as a classification of a tradition union between a man and woman. Yes I was raised as a Christian but classify myself more along the lines of agnostic/atheist before that crap storm comes rolling in again. Really think it should be called something else that’s all.
