So I'm 165 5.9" male. I used to be around 145 and felt good about it. Been dating my gf for a year now and I've gained 20pounds.
Working off excess weight to me has never been a problem until now. Whenever I work out nowadays I get a massive headache. Doing anything like pushups or pullups or running for an extended period of time makes my head explode.
This wasn't always the case and it's probably why I've gained 20pounds and look like a fat piece of lard while taking a shit.
I'm certain all of the fat is in my core as my legs are ripped and my face and neck aren't fat.
Tips?
I have p90x used to do it daily but now it just makes my head explode.
