topic has mostly spun out and is no longer really about this guys weight. it's about eggs. there's a million different ways to approach losing 20 lbs. my fatass beater 2012(tm) was mostly dedicated to the average american dude that wants to live a normal lifestyle and not have a gut. if the guy wants to live a high fitness or bodybuilder or paleo or whatever else lifestyle, more power to him.
as for the RL card, i have a hernia and want to work out with the passion of a thousand hungry tigers. there's also another problem under my ribcage, but I dont get the results for my CT back until Feb 2nd @ 2:30 PM, at which point i will know wtf is wrong with me and can get in line for surgery. i can walk around at low speeds, but any stretching or movement involving my core is out of the picture and has been since the middle of august. i've basically been playing guitar and building websites/writing for the last 3-4 months while unable to work a regular job or pick things up. aside from that i have a very lean build, i run places for fun, workout 4x a week and had 2 ninja (ninpo-taijutsu) classes a week with friends, taught by an ex-army friends dad.
i'm 5'6 and aside from physical injuries in immaculate health in terms of basic vitals. ive got flab back and my muscles are whack but that's what happens when you can't use them very much for 6 (edit: 5 i cant count) months. it stings on the inside. evidence to back everything in this post up if you'd like to dispute it, otherwise holy fuck i've needed to shit since before i started typing this

4. ya i was wrong about egg calorie counts. i make the mistakes around these parts. the site that betrayed me when i did the math was http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/...products/111/2 but the % on B12 isn't listen on the site. scraped off google (checked 3 pages), but didn't notice that the first page was measuring in cups for calorie count. i estimated post-cooking calories of 347 to between 220-300, partly because my intuition said 350 calories was too high, partly to account for calories lost in cooking (too lazy to navigate) and partly because of another reason that i forgot while typing but will probably come back to me within the next 2-100 hours out of the blue when I'm doing a completely unrelated task.
and im just sayin, if somebody's gonna play the RL card on me when i don't have my 6 pack anymore, i'm going to tell them why because i am fucking disgruntled as fuck and i want to go jogging goddammit. sit down and dont move quickly or run or workout or pick things up off of your floor without paying for it for 5 months and tell me how many people you call an asshole/faggot/motherfucker/stupid cunt in a day. especially the fat ones that have no excuse.

As alluded to previously, I don't eat fruit/veg (potatoes excepted), because I'm no fucking herbivore and that shit tastes/smells horrible: is a diet of meat, cheese, egg-based products and bread providing all the necessary nutrients? If so, what quantities should one need?
I know I get proteins from meat, ascorbic acid from potatoes and IIRC eggs+cheese should cover A and Bs?
(ps: fat is no immediate concern)

Meat and potatoes and eggs are great. You should probably throw in some liver, it is better than any vegetable when it comes to nutrient density. Of course it does taste and smell horrible......... I'm still trying to find a good recipe for beef liver.
If you don't go outside a lot I would also suggest vitamin D supplement, maybe some fermented cod liver oil.
