Fry? If you are not making a joke as in 'get high' fry, then frying uses oil which has fat in it. Fat is bad mkay.
Fried food in itself is not always bad, its the breaded layering that often has carbs and absorbs the oil which is so fattening. Also lard and other saturated fat types of oil that fast food places use.
Some fast food places tell you what kind of oil they use and pretty much all fast food places have a caloric/carb dietary standards list available of all the food they sell if you ask for it.
If you fry something, use a super absorbent Coch Bros Brawny papertowel and pat the food in it when you are done, to absorb the oils.
If you have to fry, use low calorie non saturated fat oil in a non-stick pan.
Moderation is the key Deprivation is difficult and the sense of deprivation can cause binges so its ok to splurge here and there but go right back on the diet when you are done. Splurge meaning a cupcake, binge meaning 2-3 cupcakes lol.
Oh and I forgot something important. Go to the Gov website for dietary guides on what a person your age should eat as far as caloric/carb/protein limits per day to stay healthy. Find out what your average daily intake is by checking a days worth of food you normally eat. You will need to eat less fat and carbs than you currently do in order to lose weight.
Be careful, eat daily required vitamins.
Don't go hungry, ever.
