Upgrading bootcamp partition

Hey i have windows 7 on bootcamp on my mac for FF11/14 but i'm missing space

Is there anyway to upgrade my windows 7 partition without killing OSX or Windows?

Can use WinClone (haven't used it w/ Lion but it should work). Will allow you to make an image of your Bootcamp partition and save to an external drive while you're in OSX. Then delete the Bootcamp partition, resize HDD w/ Disk Utility as needed then use WinClone again to restore the BootCamp partition and it'll expand what you currently have from your BootCamp partition.

I tried win clone but all my HDD external are NTFS and i get the message when i try to clone that since my partition is not MAC formatted i might get problems
