Yeah, I'm pretty happy to pay TV tax. It's like buying cable but without all the terrible ads. Plus if you don't watch TV you don't have to pay it.

I mean, as long as stuff like Sherlock, Top Gear, Dr. Who, Primeval, Hustle, and goddamn anything with Stephen Fry keeps getting made, I'll say the UK broadcast funding model is fucking glorious.

Hell I'd consider as a US citizen, paying a currency converted value equal to their TV tax, to be allowed access to the BBC version of hulu, a fair deal.
