Smoked burgers for the first time today. Cooked way faster than we expected. Unfortunately they turned out well done, but still they were absolutely amazing. If anyone has the room for a smoker I really cannot recommend it enough.
Did some ribs in the sous vide, fucking amazing.
What else do I cook?

Doing ribs, salmon, two whole chicken, sausages, eggplant, corn, and asparagus on the smoker tomorrow for a house party. Will get pictures when I can.
What am I looking at?
Breaded pork chop with an apple compote thing? Chicken cutlet with caramelized onion?
No cutlet of anything. Pan seared pork chops with onions and a condiment mix of... ketchup, spicy mustard, pickle relish, and hot sauce.
My bad. Looks like it has breading on it, but it's probably just the fond and seasoning giving me that image.

Didn't make the tzatziki myself. Put some hot sauce on it. Fucking amazingly good.
No joke, I made chicken souvlaki last night. Didn't take pictures, though, and I had to rush home to accept delivery of a new A/C so I didn't get the chance to pick up pita.
Chicken marinated in oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, sage, thyme, oregano, little basil for about 2 hours.
Tzatziki I use a whole one of the mid-sized greek yogurt (comes out around 2 cups I think), 3/4 of a cucumber grated and salted then pressed to remove water, squeeze of lemon juice, pepper, splash of oil and vinegar, and some oregano.
I used rice as the base to make the plate since I didn't have pita. Added grilled zucchini and red peppers, raw red onion, grape tomatoes, and some olives in addition to the chicken. Topped it off with a little feta.
Will probably eat it tonight as well.
GET OUT OF MY HEAD.
I got two london broil on Tuesday I grilled up cause they were on sale. Will probably use that with the rest of the veggies and stuff because I only got 1.25 lb of chicken. Not enough chicken for the veggies and stuff.
I picked up 3 prime London Broils for like 5.99 a lb at Fairway on discount.
Gonna save em for a party I have in a few weeks.
Tonight was gonna be some thin sliced hanger steak but GF just said she wants chicken though....
Soup is:
Onions
Bell Peppers
Tomatoes
Fresno Chiles
Salt, pepper, red wine vinegar
It was fucking spicy so I had to double the recipe and skip the chiles on the second round.
Chicken is chicken gyro using the recipe I used for the pork earlier in the week.
Crumbled bacon and grated pecorino cheese in the soup.
Roasted halves of zucchini
