I've never tried it. I've seen it as a possible substitute but never needed it.

I've used brown rice flour and it does a pretty good job of giving it a crunchy texture.
I don't have a "go to" frying recipe, though. I've tried a couple and am never completely satisfied.
I can't recommend the Fish Fri enough. I've had piles and piles and piles of trout/redfish fried in it. Just make sure to add either old bay or your preferred cayenne-based spice blend and it'll be delicious.
Today I learned myself and spicy gochujang do not get along.
There's an area in San Diego that has people selling fresh avocados at the side of the road for cheap. So now I have seven large avocados that are going to be ready at the same time. I usually make some guacamole which is awesome, but figured I'd get some BGer's ideas on what you guys like to make with them, since we can't eat that much guac that fast.
put it on the top of chili, use it on sandwiches in place of mayo, put it in salads. It's very versatile.
7 avocados is a LOT.
Make some avocado toast with tomatoes. That shit might be hipster but it's fucking delicious too. Use heavy bread like 12 grain or black bread.
Put it on burgers, on tacos/burritos, salads, or really anything. Like Zet said, I like it on sandwiches or spread on toast in the morning if I have one cut and wrapped up from the night before. I use Arnold's Oatnut bread for that.
That is, assuming you're eating the guac with chips and not already topping tacos/burritos with it.
i'm having avo toast with an egg for breakfast. G e t a t m e.
I like scraping a little out and filling an avocado with tuna or chicken whatever
Sandwich from the meat market. Could easily be 3 meals.

My wife has already told me that after the baby's born we need to go to Queens to get giant sandwiches from one of the best sandwich spots in NYC, Sal, Kris and Charlie's.
Their sandwiches are ridiculous and don't even cost much. It's $9.50 for a fully loaded hero.
All sandwiches are $4.69. For around here, can't beat the value. Also get a pickle and either slaw, potato salad, or mac salad. I'll usually eat one half at work and then the rest is dinner.
I've never been a slaw/salad person but it's good. The potato salad is on the mustardy side. The mac is good and better if you add a dash of black pepper. The quality of the sandwich though is amazing. The above was a new one I've never tried. I usually go with one that's turkey, salami, onion, g.pepper, tomato, lettuce, and cheddar grilled on light rye.
Wife definitely needs to try that out. I really like tofu in soup. I'm not huge on it outside of soup but that's because I don't have any experience on dishes to make with it.
You could make it. It's so stupidly easy.
