Eh... I disagree because of the cooking method. Crepes are made with batter and griddled. Tortillas are pressed dough. I do agree in spirit though.

It is never the same poop. Color, texture, cohesiveness, ease/frequency of passing, etc. All variables you can control, to some extent, with the food you eat.


I've known that for years but now that I have someone else to cook for it feels more rewarding. More worth my time.

Speaking of fwb was over the other day and I had some heavy cream needed to use before it went bad so mad my Brandy mushroom cream sauce. Didn't really have anything prepared to go with it so just went to 5 Guys and got their burger bowl with some extra mushrooms and put the sauce on top of the burger.

Had left over spaghetti sauce, grabbed some Italian sausages to add something to them for meal prep. Sous vide them with a little beer and salt, finished with a torch. Fast and easy came out great for adding meat to leftover sauce.

Also pressure cooked some chicken soup for a quick few meals for the week. Came out tasting like mom's, which as everyone knows is the best fucking chicken soup.

So damn good.

Two meals in an hour or less with barely any work or attention other than peeling like 6 veggies and taking bones out of thighs after they've cooled. Barely any clean up either.

I'm going to try a shrimp and spaghetti with vodka sauce. Or, if wife doesn't want it I'll do a different protein. I haven't had vodka sauce in a long time but I really like it.

Ignore the rough cuts, I was VERY hungry and VERY eager. I think I'll bring this to Thanksgiving dinner at my parents for a side protein. I can't wait to eat it cold on bread, and maybe on a Kaiser roll with gravy.
