Also, they dry-age the beef to order. So it's a 2-4 week process from order to fulfillment. Well worth it IMO. I've had most of their products now and the steak is light years ahead of anything you get at a supermarket and on par with the specialty meat shops in Manhattan, albeit at about 2/3's or less of the price.

You can put together your own box of whatever you want. They have a few things that are hard to get like hanger steak (only 1 per cow) but everything else is available.

They have literally every cut as they are raising everything themselves. Looks like they have

CHOOSE: Fresh Whole OR Fresh Half OR Sliced Fresh Side Pork OR Grind
OR Smoked Bacon Whole OR Smoked Bacon Sliced (in approx. 1 lb. packages)

Those options for belly.

Yeah I should say from stores. I'm sure I can find cheaper direct if I wasn't so lazy. Hell there are like 5-6 different farmers markets in my city that are probably cheaper too but yeah been looking into CSA stuff lately cause it's gone up
