Has anyone gotten their debit card to attach? Every time I try to use a debit or credit card for monthly billing I get a 601 or 901 error. All the info is correct so I don't know wtf is going on. I tried on 2 separate days, too.

If you're using NoScript or some equivalent you might need to allow the gcsip site that shows up on the update payment method page, quit and try again.

Not sure if this is the place for this question:

I remember receiving an email saying all accounts would be suspended to avoid charging people who had quit during the free-play months. Also, I remember later receiving an email that said payments would start back in January, but I don't remember any of my account info for this game to log in and cancel anything.

Can someone confirm that if you quit a long time ago, they didn't start re-charging you now?

When they announced billing they changed all accounts to non-active. This meant on January 6th, anyone who had not set up billing would not be able to play. As far as I know the only issues that occurred were people who had actually paid who couldn't play and none where they hadn't set up billing but were billed anyway. Granted I could be wrong, but regardless, your account should definitely have been deactivated.
