I think they'll charge for that costume for serah over here. Japan gets it for free since they voted for that shit and it was promised free over there but they did none of that promotional stuff for english speakers. Wouldn't be surprised if they just decide to not sell it at all for english regions.

WTF though, I want serah's original XIII Costume, thats instabuy DLC. Why does it not exist.

In that case they may give us Noel's DLC for free. I kinda remember them mentioning this but I'm not 100% sure and I don't feel like looking for the source if it even exists. AC surely is much bigger in the West so it'd make some sense anyway.
Votes weren't restricted to Japan anyway. Sure, it was on a Japanese website but anyone could easily access it and vote for the costume.

technically not dlc considering its already a part of the game's playthru.. but i can see them unlocking it at some point

I think they haven't added it since Serah's outfit changing from her original schoolgirl shit to this futuristic garbage is actually (a small) part of the introduction story.

Yeah but its not like DLC outfits are supposed to be canon. Like, look at N7 armor or Ezio armor. They can put in costumes that make no sense for people to have.

If you haven't finished the game (there might be someone...), I wouldn't recommend watching that assassin's creed one, it contains a lot of sequences from near the end. AC outfit looks pretty awesome but tbh I'm pretty done getting anymore DLC until we get some new content to actually use it in (even lightning's DLC probably won't have serah and noel in, they could add some endgame DLC dungeons and things if they wanted

Gilgamesh's 2nd form has 9,999,999 HP... and I'm not sure what the gimmick is because I fought him for like 10 minutes and staggered him twice and his bar hadn't even moved 1 pixel... So I gave up.

His first form didn't seem to be immune to much at all, but I couldn't stick one damn debuff on him in his 2nd form, but I forgot to librascope him before I threw in the towel to check if I was just sucking. :/
