I have no idea what that is, never really looked in to proxying my way to playing either as I didn't really care that much to go out of my way for it. There was rumblings about an XBLA version they were releasing worldwide so I was gonna wait for that, but now they've finally showed it off a bit it seems it's not even the same game, more a mini arcade version or something so idk anymore. Maybe I'll look into it later if I need something to play, but got enough on my plate right now.

It doesn't bother me as much as it does when it gets to MMOs. They were meant to be played with other people. I don't want to have to choose whether to play with my friends in US or Europe, and I definitely don't want to have to go through proxy bs.

And there is always a horde of close-minded idiots screaming if anyone tries to remove it. When I played WoW Blizzard didn't even accept my credit card to pay for the game, I had to order a copy from Canada. It was perfectly good to pay for the subscription though.

The payment part is actually even worse in general. I had to ask my friend to pay for my first wine class, because their website wouldn't accept neither of my credit cards, and I paid cash for the second one.

A control panel to log in without having to use the website portal, it's also good when the servers are up but the website hasn't caught up yet.

I did some googling and nowhere mentions using DFOCP to get around the IP restrictions, probably a safe bet it's not possible unless you proxy/VPN. Too much hassle, owells, fuck Nexon.
