I think theyre legit fails, heres my reasoning:
it doesnt sell often, putting it on AH at 15 mil is gonna cost something like 15k a pop, and he probably figures he can sneak it up there at a low price and get away with some AH fees. Fetoto is clearly a mule, but check Speedstar and Dytto's LS's, if theyre the same.

New NNI set made up of people who just came back from a break. Apocalypse DRK on floor 99 switches to Twilight scythe to kill the invincibled Bune. The floor is cleared, we get teleported up to floor 100 and time out at 1%.

While resetting 1hrs (still doesn't feel right to say it) the DRK realises he never switched back from Twilight Scythe. I fail to see how it is possible to miss out the fact that your Catastrophes aren't firing off.

The DRK? That was me...
