Jem, the problem with that is they only give u like 50 characters to "describe your problem". Theres not really much you can put in there. It works for "i wuz mpked", " cant move im stuck halp", but nothing that requires sufficient details. I guess it works for them that way tho

I agree with you, but with this specific situation one would think the complainer would put something productive other than what he did. It's sad considering this person works in the field of which he does. It's also surprising he even got assistance considering he's the one that messed up.

Chalk this up to Gokku just doesn't "get it".

Well for starters the GM call function isn't even supposed to be used for his issue so he has no right to be annoyed that he got an automated response but what Bikpik said works.

I agree that the description box is too small for legitimate issues but that shouldn't factor into this. He was using the GM call function incorrectly whilst providing inadequate information, automated response is the correct call.

Also, this would be the one of the few times in the history of forever that SE actually corrected a (non-JP) player mistake. They normally don't fix player errors.

My first gm call used all 50, and they gave me the auto message not enough info.
2nd was the first short message said I had a mistake made with an npc, auto message about bugs reports not taken in game.

3rd was can I please speak with a gm

4th was I just want to speak to an gm in game

5th in want to speak to a senior GM *got an damn near instant response*

You don't even have to clarify it was your mistake in the initial GM call. You're more likely to get a response as they may think it's a glitch.

Entered BR II today with a blu, sch (me), brd, thf, our brd unlocked magic on himself at rune even though we said that they wouldn't be able to do magic on first floor leaving us with no spellcasting on sch, so we ended up having no heals and wiped within first 5 mins of the run.

I didn't bother to check him but at the time he had no mp, so I think he didn't come /mage (don't know why not) so we were truly SoL on getting anything the min he did that.

Edit: he's a career brd and nin btw
Edit2: talked with our blu since I don't remember much about who had what subs and he told me he was /whm with 40 mp, but he didn't get SJ.
