in other random fails....
LS member buys the GKT from the Shark, gw scans it and cant find it later when he wants to use it.
After searching for it, he decides it was worth calling a gm over it. After getting an automated gm response, he realizes that he dbox'd it to himself.
Well... after doing this same shout for a bit, I got these tells:
(Spoilered for table breaking)
Spoiler: show
I didn't really think anyone could be that fucking stupid, but apparently I'm quite wrong. I honestly would've thought it was a bad troll, however I've heard of that guy who sent the /tell and seen him shouting for T4 win before so unfortunately it's not.
Even better, I was trying to EXP a few days ago and saw Nuriato shouting for a keyer and they were going to FC. I figured it would be better than sitting in Adoulin...not even close. I spent the next hour waiting for them to cap lights only to be told after 2 pulls of crabs in Misa that he couldn't do FC here because he needed to have PDT Dark rings.
Well, where to start...
Firstly this person is french "in b4 frenchs are gimp/frenchs are stupid/blablablablaaaa..." and their english understanding is very bad, he might have totaly misunderstood you, because as you know not all of the french players make the effort to learn english.
I can confirm that as I saw them wearing the yellow pearl Horizons, which is a FR LS. I was in a Bird [A] Misareaux PT with him. He looked quite confused & impatient, alike teens/childs.
But I can also confirm that he is definately not a troll or a retard, but more confused.
Dioma believes that any person who sends him a tell that he doesn't know is me trolling him.
70% of the time the above is true.
Now, I realize some JPs are really sensitive about /check, but this guy took it to another level. The only backstory on this is I guess I habit checked him once on my mule Torlando and I noticed him following Tor around a bit and without thinking about it, I habit checked him once on my main a few minutes later and then this ensued. I actually have no clue what gear he was or not wearing, but maybe he was kinda gimp?
Spoiler: show
After that, he said "Its ok then yell and harassment call." Also wouldn't mind having the first part translated.
Fucking check him 30 times.
no more fuckin check your ALL LS MATE
Had someone really go Berserk on me in a Worm PT. I was there with a friend, and I was giving rolls/keying on COR, my friend had made a deal with the alliance leader that he'd leech, but he'd be killing on a DRK account from a friend of ours. Leader was fine with it, since we actually needed the damage.
There's this guy that was keying, and he was doing great, but he went AFK for at least an hour (to eat). Long story short, there were some people looking for PT and I just suggested to kick him out, and get him in asap (soon after he was kicked a new spot opened and was unfilled).
10-15 minutes later this guy comes back, and starts swearing, using all-caps angry mode on me, calling me a dickhead and a leecher and a bunch of other stuff. Giving out threats like "I'll remember this" rawrrr and stuff like that. Was really surprising as I've never seen anyone get so mad. In fact, I insisted him that we still had spots open, but he didn't flag up and kept on being obnoxious to no end. Also the more I told him to calm down, the more enraged he was. Was a bit amusing to be honest. I have screenshots but too lazy to crop/upload!
Had a similar experience doing leeches in Boston Omelette. Had a full alliance for a while, then noticed two spots were open in another PT in the ally with several people seeking. I had asked the leader of the PT if the slots were open for someone or if people had dropped; they did not know. They invited two more people into the ally from the people that were seeking.
Few minutes later (at least 5-10) a WAR that was in the ally comes back and start's shouting to be invited back and that he D/C'd. I told him that they filled the spot, but I was leaving so he could have mine as soon as we took care of some adds that one lone guy kept pulling for some reason on the opposite side of the zone from the rest of the alliance. Of course I was stupid and stopped to help as he continued to link several more leeches (I was level 72 or 73 at that point and ended up dying trying to help him).
The WAR ignores my tell and starts shouting not to join the ally because everyone is a noob and as soon as you D/C you'll be replaced (which, let's be honest, if you're gone for several minutes and nobody noticed you D/C and there are 8 people seeking...). Then he goes on about how he doesn't need an alliance anyway, he's fine on his own. That he's going to show us how it's done, yada yada. His shouts went on for several minutes until I finally logged. I wouldn't have even invited him back after his tirade.
Also, it's a fucking leeches ally that was getting maybe 50k/hr. Guess that's the best this 90WAR could get...
I swear it's like the JP don't know you can turn off the damn /check message or something.
lol, I swear this game makes people insane or attracts that sort of insanity... I have a small anecdote again from a worm PT the next day of that first one I mentioned. We were doing fine, I was on my 99 BLU just there to merit my new 99 COR (from the previous PT). I was basically one of the 2-3 peopel at 99 and we were basically keeping a good influx of EXP coming in. Somehow alliance leader falls into this person that starts taking it very seriously, I was leader of one of the parties and someone had dropped/dc hadn't come back and there was nobody else seeking (server wide). The guy starts pressing me to find someone else but stops after I tell him I had already checked, and didn't think of it. My boyfriend was also in that EXP PT, and we were doing basically the same thing, both of us 99 BLU and DRK, and himself with his own character keying but mostly idling (as that had been the deal).
The alliance leader mentions something along the lines of "Hey, if anyone sees a Tarutaru Sash with Treasure Hunter, let me have it okay?" and I jokingly said "Finders, keepers!". Somehow he assumed I already had one and he started wondering why would I get another one (while my boyfriend made fun of it saying that me, as a Taru, every belt I own would be a Tarutaru Sash). The guy kept going on and on about how people that key should take priority because they are using the keys and if you don't use the keys you don't deserve it or something along those lines, lol. (Nobody was arguing that, mind you!)
Decided not to argue or anything, as I had had my quota of Worm PT drama for the week! It's always a bit strange when you join these parties...!
And, aside from the fact that this is a terribly narrow-minded and wrong generalization, what does one have to do with the other?
The Japanese tells don't amount to much more than asking who the leader is and that they want to settle the matter with said leader, by the way.
