I wasn't there but tons of fail in this chatlog. Apparently Karah was the BRD for Legion and jumping parties but couldn't keep songs up. Parties didn't get songs for the majority of the run, examples I'm being given are on the Harpe they didn't get songs until 20% (and when songs were actually put up one of them was a ballad) and didn't put songs back up for Botolus.

After the run ended they were planning on trying again, but Karah basically said it was too much work for no reward. BRD is hard.

A, yes they did ask to be piannissmo'd individually. Ill see if my chat log glitched out or not. and post the screenshots of it.

Unfortunately, 2boxing the chatlog will not show back that far in party. During the harpeia fight, I was told to pianissmo each fighting DD as half the party was weakened.

Not that I'd actually have to reply to this since you already made yourself look more retarded, but you only had to do 9 songs TOTAL if you did it right. (Ballad x2)x2 (Min Madrig x2)x2 and then Piano a 2nd Minuet to the single RNG. BRD is hard. Moreover, you could've put yourself in a spot to sing melee songs while not being hit by the Harpy's AoE swings, which wouldn't have killed you even if they actually did hit you with Stoneskin up (Surprise, /BLM is still idiotic post lock-in nerf). I'm positive the only reason that you could've been possibly told to Piano each melee was because you came on a stupid sub and were whining about having to go in range to sing songs.

Considering that you're playing an online game with an active online community, there is no benefit whatsoever to your being so lazy and prickly, and it isn't defensible. If you're an unrepentant dick, you're never going to be respected for it, and you're never going to be left alone about it, unless you eliminate the "online" part of the equation and play an offline game by yourself.

As it is, you're not only wasting your money, but that of any other player who expects cooperation in a game that's designed for it. Your stubbornness meant complications and frustration for an entire Alliance, and it is your fault, not theirs, that you could not fulfill your responsibilities in a multi-player game with the "multi-player" component in mind.

It isn't just "your $12.95," but if you insist upon believing it is, you've come to the wrong place; I recommend taking a few steps back to, say—Allakhazam in 2005? Yes. That should do it.

It's nice that you've a thing for repeating yourself, as if this will suddenly imbue your statement with relevance, but it never will.

In an online game with an active community, if you choose to be uncooperative, you will be blackballed and ridiculed appropriately, and you will deserve every moment of it. You may believe that you're up above it, but considering that you're also a person living on this spinning rock with the rest of us, you aren't. There is nothing that makes you special and therefore immune for being called out on your misbehavior every time it comes up, and it will happen again, and again, and again.

No one is going to file you in a special part of their memory reserved for "People Who Feel They're Owed the World, and Who I'll Give the World To," because no sane person should have that. You can repeat your penchant for asshattery ad infinitum, and you will still be called an asshat whenever you are one, and you will deserve it.

As such, while no one may ever be surprised, no one should ever make a point to remember you and go out of their way to make special accommodations for you. As you've said yourself, you're lazy, and therefore wouldn't do it for others; given that, you deserve no special respect.

If you cannot play any of those jobs according to the needs of others, there's nothing "bawse"-like about it; it's only an unfortunate demonstration of how much time in your life you've wasted, as you've piled hours into things that benefit no one. You may want to claim that they're beneficial to you, but if you are inconvenienced by the requests of others while playing with them in an online game, said inconvenience reveals that they provide no true gains to even you.

Furthermore, if you can't use your equipment competently, nor while contributing to the accomplishments of a team in a tangible fashion, your Empyrean weapons aren't bragging points. Your efforts in attaining all of those weapons and leveling the jobs that use them are, in the eyes of the public, nullified by your unwillingness to use them in a way that benefits your fellow players. As such, you have nothing to brag about; by all reasonable means, your "accomplishments" do not exist.

You may feel that you've done great things by leveling these jobs, and by acquiring the weapons they may use, but you are the only one who will ever feel this way. You will not be respected for that which has no value, nor should you be. No more than any other video game, not to mention anything else engaged in for fun and amusement, and with little tangible benefit. As for multi-player games in particular, part of the draw is to engage other people, and to possibly pull friends from that. Most likely, you befriended people while you played, and in doing so, you fulfilled the game's purpose—even as you dealt with drama and all of the related garbage. That wasn't a waste of your time.

There is drama, and then there are people who genuinely enjoy themselves, and who do like to help others. There are even people who love to be dramatic as much as they love to play with others. That's what's so magnificent about MMORPG audiences in general, as they're providing a digital microcosm of reality. As for this guy, he clearly stated that he didn't want to play BRD in the 1st place, he clearly took his responsibilitys toward his uncooperative behavior, the fact he did get somes empys is an acomplishment of some sort.
Now talking bout the eyes of the public don't get it wrong, alot of ppl doesn't give a damn about thoses so cool players with 20 Empy/relic who play so well & who gear so perfectly for every situations, because its not hard to farm in Dyna or Its not hard to farm 4 KIs to pop a NM & then kill it, its just time consuming.

Now i clearly understand and agree with somes of your points, but still I think you talk alot for something so unworthy.
