This is exactly what ppl think in the 1st place when they decide which job to level next, then they think about the benefic impact it can have.
Just to say it in short, they think about the benefit it can give themselve 1st, then think about how it can benefit others in somes minimal ways, but still keep thinking "I'm the star cos I do heal/buff/raise/embrava so this couldn't be possible w/o me"

My arn't we fucking testy. I actually enjoy being on BRD unlike some people but if givin a choice I'd rather be on something else. A lot of people I've seen have this same attitude Karah has of I just leveled the job to 99 just to level it and then never actually play the job ever again. Anyways a lot of people hate BRD and while I can understand why Karah hates it, I don't agree with how he feels about it. A lot of VW shouts are usually stalled forever because nobody wants to be BLU or BRD or something else where they don't get to show their e-peens for 3 minutes or less on a fight.
