SOUTH LOS ANGELES (KTLA) -- The longtime L.A. Unified School District teacher accused of gagging and blindfolding students, putting cockroaches on their faces and feeding them semen was investigated for allegedly fondling a girl in 1994, but no charges were filed, authorities said.

In January 1994, officials reported "an attempted fondling" at Miramonte Elementary School, Los Angeles County Sheriff's Sgt. Dan Scott told the L.A. Times.

I was wondering how long it would take for someone to add additional information concerning the teacher's perverted history.

"Five years" has never been the limit. He has been teaching for thirty years, and throughout his career, various students complained to their counselors, parents, etc., regarding his unusual behavior. They found Vaseline in his desk, and saw him doing what could have only been interpreted as masturbating with his hand under the top of it—and, in response to his actions, the students were either not believed or told to stop making up stories.

The only thing that's constrained to the last five years are the amounts of photos found, which were taken over that period of time and are dated appropriately. That is not, however, the total time he's been doing perverted things while teaching.

There are still unidentified victims from the photos, and no parents have been allowed to see the photos, so this is not an entirely unreasonable fear.

The entire staff of a Los Angeles elementary school where two teachers were arrested last week for lewd acts involving pupils will be replaced when the students return to class, the school district's superintendent said. Los Angeles School District Superintendent John Deasy made the announcement during a Monday evening meeting at South Region High School #2, parents told CNN.
Deasy said everyone from the custodians to teachers at Miramonte Elementary School -- who are not being fired and are expected, after undergoing special training, to later resume work at another location -- are being removed because school administrators do not want any more surprises.

I love the scorched earth policy in regards to the teachers, but really, you're just going to give up, throw your hands up, kick everyone out and hope that solves the problem? What if there are more "problem" teachers? They're going to get pushed off to another school to keep up the behavior?
