Argon Corpus is the argons’ main base.

You must be level 60 and have level 142 gear (normal mode) or level 146 gear (hard mode) to access it through Instance Matching.
Item drops in normal mode include three tier 13 sets: the Cyasma set, the Discord set, and the Victor’s set.
Item drops in hard mode include three tier 14 sets: the Bloodvision set, the Abyss set, and the Deathstain set.
Bosses in both modes occasionally drop the crafting recipes for the tier 14 crafted Visionmaker set.

Hard does as well.

You must be knee deep in the deeps for Visionmaker patterns to drop from Fane/Balders.

The ability check marks are for the default abilities. Normal 3/6/9 means options for regular pve abilities, though 0/3/6/9 might have less confusion.

Have gotten them(10 pts) a few times, but not others. Personal score has always been in excess of 12k, but never bothered to screenshot. Anyone notice specific factors needed? 13k+?

How are you guys maximizing points in gallery? We're basically getting 230k every time and are wondering where we can make up more points. Currently, we're completing the first platform with anywhere between 60k>80k points, mainly going for the normal attacks kills over time. On the second platform, we're keeping all Teraliths alive and obviously killing the giant. On the third, we're just zerging down the boss.
Should we be trying to do anything different? Like perhaps killing crystals on the third platform?

On the 3rd platform we stop dpsing the boss around 20% and go kill a group of the mobs around a crystal with normal attacks for 1k from each also normal attack kill on boss gives a big bonus if I remember correctly

First platform: You need to auto attack kill every single thing possible, end with over 5 minutes (this is huge, it can take us from 93k on first platform to barely under 70k), and protect the crystal from getting too far obviously. I follow certain progress marks. When the ossugon pops you should be at 35k or more, when the trees pop you want to be at 48k or more. When it ends if you have done everything right you need to get at least 87k to make rank 1. Our highest is a few short of 95k.

Second Platform: Auto attack kill medusa and naga, Lancer and a ranged dps goes to kill eye with barrels while priest holds one teralith with sleep and knockdowns, other 2 dps start on giant when eye dies, Lancer rushes over to giant to help stun and wallop the teralith, the ranges dps that helped the Lancer kill eye now goes to get the third teralith when it pops to keep it at bay, we also try to finish this platform with over 7 minutes left for time bonus. When you are done here you want at least 160k though 165 plus is safer

Third Platform: Lancer points boss at an area with no mobs that he can jump himself back into (in a perfect world, he is a pain to position sometimes I know), dps him till around 20%, dps go kill a set of mobs nearest you with auto attack but don't kill crystal (you get a bonus for not killing crystals), Lancer dps boss solo until dps are done, when everyone is back on boss Lancer infuriates and everyone uses slow moves and stuns when needed, kill with auto attack for an extra 5k, killing without dragon is also a bonus as I'm sure you know.

Do all this and follow these milestones and you should hit rank 1. When the boss dies you get an extra 30k that is added at the end, if you hit at least 210k before this is added you know you've got it.

237k today and on our last try we had 168k after second and left it too late on the final platform to kill the adds and the boss! Missed killing it by like 2-3seconds...

Need 170k before you kill boss. Just go in an auto attack kill mobs while Lancer holds boss.

Umm.. Idk what this penalty for killing crystals is, but we usually end up with 241-245k and when we killed a crystal + minion on accident 2 days ago, we ended with like 254k, so I'm not sure exactly what the deal is there.

Thanks. Had we known we only needed to get to 170k we may have made it. Oh well, today we will get over 240k! What's the highest score people have been getting?

Highest we've done was 174k without crystals, 245k in the end. Highest we've done with crystals was 254k. It's about 10k per set of mobs, and it's not toooo hard to clear all 3 sets and down the mob, so I would imagine 280k~?

Don't need 170k. We do it with 160 sometimes as I posted above with our strategy.

Yeah like I said it's about 10k per set of mobs. Can R1 with under 150k if your DPS is high enough really.

You say you go in with 160k because you stop the boss fight at 20% and kill the mobs for the extra points, while I said you need to have 170k before you kill the boss because we just run to the first crystal before we ever touch the boss.

Thanks Uryuu and Foxer, managed to get over 240k in two of the three runs. Third was a fail on the first platform...

So with the advent of the server merge the general consensus of the small group I play with was to start over on PVE servers. As a result i'm now rather behind as far as content and the like is. Starting from fresh whats the most effective/efficient gear to aim for as soon as I hit 60 again to be competitive, and fastest method of getting this. i.e. enig t13, crafted t13, nexus gear and so on.
