You need master enigmatic scrolls (rare/blue ones). Can get these from Dungeons or Trade broker (hover between 200,000-250,000g)
Need the intricate identification scrolls (uncommon/green). Can get these from any normal merchant vendor the 50,000g Scroll

Each time you use a Master Enigmatic Scroll (MES) and identify with the Intricate with. You have a small chance to get a masterwork'ed weapon/armor.
pretty much use the blue scrolls to seal > use the green scrolls to unseal. Rinse and repeat till you get a masterworked item.

Once you get a masterwork'ed item this is when the spellbinds come into play . Spellbinds lock the Random bonus stats in place. You have to use the appropriate amount of binds per lock
T14 = 14 binds for 1 stat locked.
Then after that it doubles for each so 28 spellbinds for 2 stats locked then it starts getting ridiculous each stat you wanna lock becomes double the amount of binds. Spellbinds only work on 1-9 stats. +10/11/12 are a static Power for DPS / Aggro for Lancers / Healing for priests ( lancer/healers are only on new weapons).

But for every time you re-roll by sealing/re-sealing You HAVE to keep using Master Scrolls. Otherwise you will loose your masterworks

the 1% 2% 3% bonus you see us talk about. Is each time you enchant from +1 to +12 . The attack bonus thats given in the green as (+attack / + impact) these are percentage based off the main attack (what you see in the white). It's either gonna be a 1-3% bonus, Just do the math of the formula given and you can find out what you have.

Also, I'm not completely sure on this next point but I believe in NA Tera, once you masterwork an item, it's masterworked forever. You can't use a common enigmatic scroll on it anymore. However, not sure what happens if you use a MES on it, then a common identification scroll on it.

Yeah, I'm not worried about the % bonus anymore, I was thinking before that this was as important to do as getting the right stats on it, but now I see it doesn't matter so much.

Its ok atm, I think its semi stablized. Won't know for absolutely sure for a bit as a new game changing patch hit.

Where "new players (or people that failed to clear a instance 10+ times) get a +25% loot drop fairy for instances, now 3 nexus per day and increased loot drops overall for everything.

Increased enchanting chances, reward boxes (with actual good loot) for every three wins/ losses in bgs, reduced prices on bg vendor, t14 fodder added too.

Plus smoother nexus performance.

Just started playing the other day and was wondering is there any huge benefit of playing a High Elf Sorcerer over a Castanic?
I asked my friend and he said mana really is no issue at high level and I just can't get over how feminine Elves look.

My Castanic is already lvl 10 but I have no problems restarting as I already have twice lol, just wanted some input.

Looking at the 2... only thing I can really say is, unless you plan to die alot to take benefit of elf races mana regen buff, castanic would be better in the long run.
and yes you can have mana issues at high lvl, even with charms etc, if your playing your class right spamming the crap outa every dps ability you got for max dps

Castanic has the bonus crit from behind, plus the 30% in combat speed increase for 3 minutes racial. Can pop it every other battleground essentially. Combined with red buff and tera/loser you become the terminator.

Yes, just go walk to the instance and go in (specialty vendor sells scrolls to teleport to every instance ingame)

Is there a general consensus on the state of the classes at endgame? I have quite a few of them leveled up and enjoy them all, but was wondering, if I had to pick one for endgame dungeons, which would be easiest/best? Are Sorcs still the DPS kings? Berkserkers still have problems with mobility? I somewhat dislike having to chase after bosses with my melees, so I'm kinda cleaning towards Archers and Sorcs, but I've read that Archers are one of the weakest DPSers endgame.

Is there still an active bg playerbase for this game? Snatched up this game for 5 bucks and figured I can dink around for a little bit. Don't think I can take this seriously, but would like to enjoy it to an extent.
