I've been experiencing a similar problem with Void Pulse on my sorc since the update. It sometimes (actually fairly often, I'd say about 1 in 5 casts) just goes right through an enemy as if it never touched them. I never saw it happen before the update, but now it's quite often; they did speed it up a lot in the update so I'd assume that somehow broke it.

I had that issue with Void Pulse even before the update. Might be a hitbox issue with my castanic vs other races or just a Void Pulse issue in general but if I was too close to someone, it'd go right through. Rarely had the issue with PvE encounters though.

It's VP, not the race. It happens on plenty of distances too, not just from up close. Idk why, but I'm guessing it's a terrain issue, just like traps are terrain issues.

I think the VP thing is lag related, at least for me. Happens a lot whenever Im lagging badly, even against the stationary crystals in SG where terrain shouldnt really be an issue... ~_~

I was under the impression it was a race thing, cause there's two sorcs between my static and its alts, one's castanic and one's elin; the castanic occasionally whiffs, and the elin never does. But I guess it could be terrain too, when I think about it.

My sorc is castanic as well, and I've never missed a VP (at least as far as I've ever seen).

Castanic; In pvp VP has never hit point blank. Always figured it was like Heart Thrust, need to be a step back. Always kept my mouth shut to show no weakness.

I've hit and missed from all sorts of ranges, pretty sure it's not related to your range. It happened before when I was high elf F and happens now that I'm castanic F. I never noticed it prior to the f2p patch, but it's possible I just missed it then and now I watch for it more so it sticks out to me when it happens.

yeah, pretty sure it has nothing to do with range since Ive missed from both point blank and max range...its probably just a lag thing

Is there a general tier list in terms of endgame gear, what you should go for upgrades after getting certain pieces? Tera Codex is the most complete database I could find, but they don't always show what comes from where, and it's also hard to tell at a glance what's better than what, because some pieces are enigmatic, not all can be MW'd, etc.

Basically, you at least want t14 gear, and always want enigmatic (only acceptable exceptions would be the weapon/chest from Allamenthia/Cutthroat dailies). For PvE, the general progression from worst to best is Agnitor, Abyss/Queen's Wrath, Regent, Visionmaker. And all of these can be masterworked. You'll want to compare the base lines before deciding which ones to purchase, sometimes people prefer the lines on Agnitor over Abyss/Queen's Wrath (which have identical stats) and will take a small hit in base stats to get the different lines.

New/returning 60's should get the new dailies rep gear, then save for regent. If your going for VM, you'll forgot all about what you spent on regent by the time/once you get it.

Anyone know if you can you reroll unenchantables like this to get triple attack speed or do you just have to pray you get a lucky drop? I know pre-MW'd enchantables can drop with triple attack speed but its impossible to roll. Just not sure if stuff like this is the same. Google is useless and finding conflicting info.

Edit: Just realized that'd require semi-enigs, fuck that noise.

Pathfinder Post nodes work too; or to be more exact, it's any Argonized (plant) gathering node. I believe the plan you'll be looking for is called an Osyo.
