In case anyone else had an old K TERA account and wanted to re-download for some reason but was unable to get it from the HanGame site, I posted a torrent of my client files Here (hope that link works... tried several torrent sites but Korea seems to have blocked uploads to a bunch of them including tpb...)

So as a fresh 60, I have the Jax/UTI weapon and body, and the Agnitor gloves and boots currently unenchanted. I was planning on taking those to at least +6, but then enchanting fodder is about 1/6th of the Agnitor pieces themselves (~2k for the piece, ~400 for fodder) so it seems like a giant waste, when I'm already well over ilvl 147. What do you guys think? >.<

I'm on AV, one of the new servers if any of you were curious.

So... did I read their nexus times schedule wrong or is there no Nexus on Wednesdays? Could have sworn it was Mon,Wed,Fri. 12pm/7pm, Tues., Thurs. 6pm and Sat., Sun. 2am/12pm/7pm.

Edit: found the answer... no nexus on Wednesday is stupid.

Umm, weird... it's a free to play game and free to download from the US and Korean site... It never required a purchase to play in Korea at all either unlike in other regions. There was never a physical version released.

I'll still seed the thing, and provide copies of the .torrent file via email if anyone wants. I guess I just can't post the torrent on websites >.> I'm not gonna go register on anymore shady sites just to try posting this thing anywhere else... I can only seed in the evenings/overnight though, since I need my laptop during the day for use at school.

Last I checked BG bucket didn't accept files of the .torrent type. That may have changed however... hmm...

hello

i have problem with Tera EU ver
i havent played in a while and i started again yesterday however the game seem way lagy i dont remember it before like this and whats more annoying the controller lag which im not sure what to do to fix im using Razer Onza

What are your guys' experience with the new blue alkahests? I just blew 9 gold shoes going from +8 to +9 using the regular green alks, and I'm wondering if I should've just used the blue ones instead. >.<

I personally would stick with the refined to +9. The extensive seem like they give a small extra boost, however, when they are like 70g each I'd save them for going to +12.

I use blue fodder + refined for 6 => 8 and then blue alkahest and gold fodder for 8 => 12. Been having good results this way, its actually the refined step that can rng suck. All MW alkahest gets AHed.

Soon to be new player here, have a few questions.

Can anyone give me a rundown about classes and their roles? Mostly the melee ones as that's what I'm going to play.

How are the european servers? I know they're not run by Ncsoft or whoever runs the NA/KR ones, is it up to date with content and stuff, or should I just play on NA ones and avoid them?

Any community/forums where I can read up about the game?

Search Youtube for Domerians Tera class guides. Most are still accurate today save maybe the warrior one. He covers all the skills and other important things of that nature.

IIrc the general consensus about severs is if you can play NA servers, do it.

As for community forums, I of course would recommend here, but I guess the official ones are ok too. I don't bother with them personally but if you have a good drama/BS filter you can probably find what you need there.
