How do you invite people to a party?

Sure do wish I could be playing Tera right now :O Trying to log in on my boyfriend's computer and I need to submit a code. I've hit the resend code button like 5 times and there is nothing in my email. It worked fine last night and I logged in and updated the game fine, but I didn't click the "Remember this device" button and now I can't log in to play. -_-

Can't even log into the website itself. Just tried and it says "Failed to generate device signature."

Press alt to get cursor up and right click on the person you wanna invite.

The device signature is due to noscript or hosts file blocking the connection to some...thing that they use for what I guess are security reasons.

This mirrors my current experiences, wasn't able to remember my account password... tried to get it to send password link. No dice.
Luckily I remembered my password shortly after, then once I got logged in and was going to apply my beta code, I found that I didn't get the verification e-mail so I don't even have a fully registered account yet.

So much for downloading and updating the client tonight!

Luckily the actual download link works without a registered login so I can at least get the game downloaded, hurrah.

Going to bed soon so I doubt I'll get those updates though, ah well.

Not a knock on TERA or any other related MMO in the genre, but I really do miss FFXI's constant music playing in (certain) zones. I know the "3 or 4 mini-loops of music for each zone" started with WoW and has been continued by many games including RIFT and TERA, but man, I hate going for stretches of 5-6 minutes with absolute silence in areas. This game needs more music in its zones.

I know, inb4 "who listens to offical game music when you could listen to Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift!" but some of us still use in-game music for the sake of immersion. Typically the only time I don't listen to in-game music is during PVP battlegrounds, because a good fight song (or OST from another game) always gets me in the right frame of mind.

I do miss long tunes like Gustaberg, Heavens Tower, ect., even though I loved some of the higher quality tunes from WoW, like the Howling Fjord and the Construct Quarter.

I agree, even though I ended up disabling FFXI music in the end. It was nice to listen to the track the first time you entered a zone.

Who that has played XI doesn't miss its music, really. Anyway, I did search for some hidden options on the files a while ago to see if I could make music loop around but found nothing.

On another note, you guys were right: the area chat in the US side is just as bad.

MSI Afterburner or EVGA Precision is good too.

might just be my PC, but I always felt like fraps lowered framerate a little, even just running in the background

I really wish i could play TERA today. i've downloaded the patch twice, fixed my game twice, and repatching now.
