Anyone else planning on trolling the hell out of the advanced naming thing?

Create an Elin mystic named Sephiroth, or a human priest named Aeris and just kill her on that first bridge for the opening week...

Dont we get only one character though for the naming thing? Granted I dont think many will steal my name..but yeah.

In head start/retail, how long do you have to wait to delete a character? And is that name immediately available during the deletion process or only once the deletion process is completed?

They kindof announced it on their twitter, but it's not entirely specific. They said "During the Early Character Creation event, you'll be able to delete your character and make another to change your reserved name." I'm not sure if this means you can remake and use the same name or not. I would assume so, but since it doesn't specifically say that...

Well when I upgraded from digital CE to physical CE they put a second account on my email. So I figured I could put my main on my CE account and put the other name I want to save on the trial one I got. Then when headstart rolls around I could delete the one on my trial account and slap it on my main. Just don't know how long the character deletion process is =/

durring CB i deleted 1 nina.kissaki and made another with the same name like 5 minutes later.. idk if it will be like that in retail but in CB it was fairly fast?

If you make a mistake, want to change your reserved name, or wish to change servers, simply log in, delete that character, and create another one.

Have you guys preordered standard or collectors edition? Do we know if the CE lion has a faster movement speed than the normal mounts? Am I correct in that the only things you get with CE are the mount and a couple accessories at lvl 15 and 40, both of which are likely obsolete way before 60?

Is CE worth it?

all mounts are the same speed afiak.
and it just depends, even if just for the mount. a nice looking 10$ mount and a few nice accessories for the level is kinda worth 10$

I heard that the Lion mount gives you the 2nd fastest mount in the game, and I believe the only one faster is the Vanarch mount. The attack speed necklaces are also pretty useful, but I have yet to hear anything about the rings.

I think I'm explaining this in the wrong way, so I will try again. I have 2 accounts under 1 email address because of something EME did during my upgrade from digital CE to physical CE.

I plan to make my main character on the CE account to play for OBT. On Tera 2 (the 2nd account they made) I plan to try and save a second character for headstart. Headstart is when they will allow the 8 characters per server. What I want to know is how long is the character deletion period for KTera. I know that OBT is instant, but I dont plan to delete this character then because I won't be able to make it under my main account: Tera - Collector's Edition. Since headstart is just an extension of gameplay.

Goal here: Delete character from Tera 2 when headstart is here so I can move that name to my main account Tera - CE.

Starter mount: 240 speed
Preorder horse: 255
CE lion: 280
Vanarch mount: 290

CE lion is lvl 20, same speed as the lvl 40 in game mount. I imagine the vanarch mount speed will scale up or something later.

The key thing is the +6% attack speed (essentially haste) item.

Koreans got a 8% item with 90 day sub purchase. Still isn't a higher % item.

All your chars get the loot btw.

Digital CE for me.

In other games, headstart. Though EME hasn't addressed it yet technically afaik.

I honestly wanna say we don't get them until May 1st, but I could be wrong and we could be lucky and get them for head start; I know we don't get them for open beta though.
