At the cost of how much attack? Like is the CE necklace still good at 60 even after getting the Balder's quest neck?

Personally, I'd replace it, with the Temerity necklace, but I don't know anyone that's done the calculations, if that's even possible, with today's known data points. I know some people still wear it, at 60, but I don't see how you wouldn't replace it, with a Phoenix Necklace, as that has 4% ATKSPD + 2 other stats + more damage/impact. Obtaining a Phoenix might be another issue entirely.

Yeah I would only replace with Temerity necklace or the Phoenix

I replaced it with the temerity necklace because the total attack difference between the two was around 1k. I plan to do some visual tests to see if the attack speed difference is at all noticeable.

Can the Caged Curiosity earring bought from the Invalesco merchant come with crit/crit damage or does it pull from the normal earring random stats for it's 2x unidentified effects? (IE: DoT resistance, stun resistance, etc)

I know the ring can, but rings can normally pop up with crit/crit damage on them.

Perhaps I'm blind here, but how do you increase the size of the mob HP display w/ buffs?

I swear the buffs are 10 pixels tall on my screen, can't even read the number that shows how many times a particular debuff has been stacked.

Also, anyone know if you can get rested XP at the Island of Dawn? Tempted to start an alt, but I'd rather just play it when rested bonus is at cap so I can make better use of my time.

Just log out at Tower Base and you'll get rested EXP.

Island of dawn takes around an hour to pass. You lose more time running your characters to tower base and back then you save in the xp bonus.

I just quest until tower base (gets you around level 5-6) and log out. Doesn't take long to do.

Earring's only have Defensive stats.

To each their own, but really, one bank is more than sufficient, to hold everything you'd need. One page for crafting materials, one page for important consumables, one page for important crystals, and the last for any lvl 60 equipment you might stack, for further alts/gear enchanting.

You could probably also make guilds between your mules if you really needed the storage.
