Awesome, I'll be using this once I have time to log in again (been backed up on housework and preparing for school since returning from my vacation to the states). I'm stuck using my husband's MacBook this week since something happened to the HDD in my laptop and I've got corrupted files everywhere T.T Wish SSDs weren't still so expensive; definitely setting up a full backup of my laptop on our NAS once I'm done recovering files rather than just backing up a few folders >.> More glad than ever that I ordered a physical copy of TERA, fuck trying to download that install file again...

Logitech coming up with their own Naga ... available in July.

    http://www.logitech.com/en-us/gaming...o-gaming-mouse

I use a Naga now, but will most likely switch over to the G600 as my hands are a little large for the Naga and the G600 looks a little heftier.

Are logitech products supposed to have better build quality than razor?

Yeah, that's been my personal opinion.

Also, it seems the way the side keys are angled on the G600, it would be easier to feel which key you're pushing/which row of keys your thumb is on.

I've pre-ordered, hope it's as good as it looks.

I'm using a Logitech G700: (4 buttons is usually enough)
    http://www.logitech.com/en-us/mice-p...ing-mouse-g700

I've always found Logitech to have very strong user interfaces for customization of both keyboard and mouse features. Swapping the 5 different mouse sensitivity levels within their UI is a breeze, and setting up the buttons to be whatever you want is just a few keystrokes. Very easy to use, no setup time, and works perfectly.

Logitech also has great customer support. Previously, I had the batteries of my Logitech G7 (spiritual predecessor of the G700), and support was a quick turnaround time to send me a couple cheap battery replacements.

I've always considered Razor to be like the Alienware of peripherals. You're paying a lot extra for branding, for minimal (if any) additional capacity over the next best alternative.

However, similar to Oshin, that's my own opinion, and I haven't really set the two side by side to compare, but I'm so happy with what I've gotten from Logitech, I wouldn't even bother trying to compare.

I use the Logitech Performance MX, and use 3 buttons on the side, and then Alt and Shift modifiers for them, for a total of 9 buttons mapped to the mouse. It works pretty well since I can hit Shift and Alt while working the WASD keys (pinky on Shift, thumb on Alt).

Some people seem to destroy razor products, though they might be the just the type of people who destroy things.

At first I thought the naga was a bit small, now I dont mind. Sometimes I feel that no heat output would be nice.

I turn the lights off because it glows too much. That also means I don't have the heat problem. Before I did that, my thumb would get all sweaty. Was not pleasant.

My first Razer mouse (the left handed one) broke. I only bought the Naga because I thought it would be insanely useful for Tera and there was no competition. It's still working fine, but my Nostromo is starting to have some issues. Two of it's buttons are a little iffy. It's not bad enough where I can't use it, but it has turned me off from purchasing another Razer product.

Will say I am a big fan of Logitech as well. Went through a few mice before I got a Logitech one (basic) which has been running fine for 8 years, so when I got a gaming mouse I chose the G700 about a year ago. Very happy with it.
I burned through 2 nostromo game pads, and when second died, I grabbed a G13 gamepad (about 8 months ago) and am very happy with it although it took some getting used to.
Also still have a G15 keyboard and although the LCD died a few months after I bought it, (which may or may not have been my 3 year old nephews fault) they did replace it and I have been using it daily for like 9 years.

So what areas are people using to farm at level 60? I've been a bit obsessed leveling other jobs that I never really looked into farming spots.

Stuff for just pure gold or gold drops, running around level 60 areas is working out fine but if there's a faster/better way then I wanna do that lol

The sloths in Bastion are great farming if you don't mind farming regular mobs. They die fast and drop cruxes and T12 occasionally. The robots in bastion are the same and more concentrated, but they die a bit slower. You can also go into BT and BT HM and farm the sloths to the left of the entrance for decent gold. They drop around 1-2 gold per kill, and that adds up over an hour of farming.

Soloing giants in Habere is good for cruxes and occasional T12 fodder. Some of the T11 golds they drop sell too. It's worth it if you can kill them in less than 2 minutes. They also drop an average of around 10 gold a kill.

Duoing LoT is great farming if you can do it in a reasonable amount of time without dying. That's pretty much all I do for farming.

    Hey Amiricle;

Sorry to hijack this thread for a sec, but I just wanted to mention the G15, because I loved that keyboard long time excessively and forever. I went through about 3 of them. They discontinued the G15 because of the high break/defect rate, as you've noted yourself with the LCD screen. But for playing games like FFXI, omfg, that keyboard changed the world!

I broke the spacebar on my first G15, and then the LCD screen on the 2nd. I also had a G11 that I brought with me when I traveled.

The Spiritual successor of the G15 is the G510
    http://www.logitech.com/en-us/keyboa...-keyboard-g510

Unlike the other successors (G19, G110), this offers the same amount of macro keys as the G15. The one nice little, miniscule and unimportant evolution from the G15 is that you can program the LED backlighting depending on the macro pallet you're currently in. So when I was playing on NIN in FFXI on Macro Pallet 1, my keyboard was Red. When I was playing DRG in pallet 2, it was blue, and then SMN on 3 was Green. Just a nice little ambiance.

The keys are slightly larger than the G15, but in hindsight, the G15 keys were tiny by normal keyboard comparison. Takes about 1 hour to get used to.

yeah between the sloth farming and BT farming sloths, ya make a decent amount. Also if you get tired of farming, lvling a new character is a decent 6-8K gold.

Made thousand and thousands off the sloths in BT/HMBT because of the T12 gold they drop at times are worth few hundred (and they have a pretty high drop rate on gear stuff) I got a page of bodies still after foddering about 30+ bodies to pvp T12 body for +12

I pretty much have never spent gold anything cept for alkaheist because of so much T12 fodder I have >.>

Think I'll be buying a few years of tera if down to 1.5K, although they may hit 1K on a high pop server like I'm on O_o

Personally, my hands don't get sweaty at all (even when I'm in a 90F+ work environment)

Yeah I don't think games generate that much excitement for me or I grip my periphals that hard.

I don't sweat or get that much excited when playing games.

So anyone crafted since today for the patch and can say how much the skill up increase is? Is it something like double or what?

nvm, 6 points per craft. Nice...nice.

haha yeah, I don't even actually "hold" my mouse, its more like... my hand hovers over it and only the finger tips touch the mouse O_o no sweat at all (and incase anyones wondering no discomfort even after using the PC for about 10+ hours straight gaming /moving mouse tons browsing sites etc)

Some people have sweaty hands, regardless of levels of excitement.

Also, did anyone else read Gulk saying "I don't even actually 'hold' my mouse" and think he was going somewhere COMPLETELY different?
