Plastic Surgeon no longer working?

I recently started playing FFXI after a 2 year break, and i had used plastic surgeon in the past and it worked fine, but now it does work at all and i get this failed to load plastic surgeon 126 module missing error. how do i fix this?

download the new version? spell plasticsurgeon correctly? post this question in RQT or the windower topic?

Ive download the newest verisiion of everything thing and ya im pretty sure i spelled it correctly

I got it sorted out. It was the spelling, figures i would check that after saying i did it right -.-! Thanks for the help though!
