If you're going to be listening with earbuds, even really good ones, may as well just convert to mp3.

I have some Klipsch S4's and I can definitely tell the difference between mp3 and less compressed audio, to a degree. I second the FLAC to AAC move with earphones, however.

Does anyone have any suggestions for earbuds when running/jogging? All I have are the standard Apple ones and they fall out constantly. I had only kept them around for a long as I did because it was nice to have my headphones/hands-free set all in one, but I can't tolerate them falling out anymore.

it's pretty much impossible for IEMs to fall out. They're also 100x more comfortable, and tend to sound better as well. They also block outside noise quite well, which i guess can be either good or bad.

I've been using Kanen KM 92s for a few months. They haven't let me down and sound good for the price. I poked a hole in the center of the filter with a safety pin and covered the back shiny/plastic area with a drop of glue. They sound a bit better now.

I have these, they are bangin' and never fall out. They have like 4 different kinds of rubber thingy so you will definitely find one that fits your ears. They have great bass too, for cheaper earbuds. A++ would buy again etc.
