Going to have to agree, although my relationship with Little Caesar's is more of a "I don't ask what you put in it, so please don't tell me why it's so cheap." When I can get 2 Hot n' Ready pizzas, an order of breadsticks and cheese dip for $10, I'm pretty sure the pepperoni is made out of rats. With that said, the aforementioned rat pepperoni is delicious.

[edit] also, after having about 3409284534 discussions about dominoes pizza overtime on bg and various other places, most have decided that dominoes quality is heavily based on area.

Dominoes in CT when I was in college was terribad, but they had buy one get one free on Tuesdays so we ate it anyways. Dominoes here in SoCal has been god tier so far.

Clearly, Eaglestrike wasn't simply joking. He spent far more time on his "loan me $80,000" plan than he should have, as it had a beginning, middle, and end, all wrapped up in one obviously thought-out delusional package. That he had to slap on an "I'm only kidding" disclaimer at the end shows that a little part of his brain said "that's phenomenally retarded, and I shouldn't post it," and then he ignored that thought—therefore, he deserved all the mockery he could get.

I find Pizza Hut bread really varies depending on whether its a real Pizza Hut or just a delivery/take out store. Get it from a sit-down place and its heaven. Take out store tastes like ass.

I was treating his plan for the house and the 'lend me the dough' part as separate things. But I guess that's the incorrect thing to do given his responses, so I'm probably in the wrong there.

Still he started off saying it was unrealistic, and the main things I noted him doing were correcting the things people said against him that were actually wrong. (Stuff like saying he didn't factor in upkeep and taxes for example.) There were few valid arguments against it; I don't think he wasn't ignoring them and was most likely taking them into consideration after they were posted. In the end it was something that wasn't going to happen anyway.

I just can't see it as something to be banned over.

Back to pizza. Dominoes is still shit imo. Papa Johns is like a not-as-good pizza hut. California Pizza Kitchen is a failed hybrid between pizza hut and regular style. I want to simply label the no-name pizzeria's nearby as the best pizza ever, but I still like having a pizza hut style pizza every now and then. Pizza Hut breadsticks are god-tier though.

It's a joke! And last I checked 0.0001% was a really low number, unless you're in a strategy game and then it's a sure miss as long as it works against you.

I like your point. I know I'm not anywhere near that return rate, but the place I'm looking at sold for $237k 5 years ago and is $80k now. If the housing market bounces back (and either the housing market is going to bounce back or the USA is completely fucked and the world is ending...) it could be an easy return of 1.5-2x purchase price.

Someone seemed to think I thought I would get the place back up to $237k, but this quote means I'd get it to 120-160k, and if the housing market bounces back a bit, isn't a total dream. And if it's a place for me to live while I can get 40-80k out of it...that's a good deal, yeah?

I'm actually rather surprised I haven't gotten any responses to my legitimate questions, last thread involved lots of making fun but at least I got what I expected out of it. And after that I just gave up, because clearly no one was going to focus on what I originally asked for that I actually wanted advice on:

Ok so, realistic advice needed:

A) Minimum things needed for renting a room from someone-
B) Minimum things needed for owning a condo/townhouse and renting out a room or two to others.

Which would include things like "What to include in a lease agreement" and such, since I've never signed one before, nor written one. And my options are mainly to rent a room from someone or get my own place and rent a room out to someone. So some advice on contracts would be something very useful to know, and it was never answered by a single person. Total focus on the joke part. Heh.

I guess it was only a matter of time, I stopped going into BGchat when I was told that as a hardcore FFXI player and relic owner I was an "average gamer". I sure wish the average gamer cared enough to take the time to work on a relic and play FFXI hardcore, that herpderp would be so much better at those other MMO's if so...
