The Vampire Diariesssssss, True Blood, Grimm, Shamelesss
Started watching Supernatural, how the hell did I miss this show. Currently on season 2. Is it still awesome up to the current episodes?
Also I never ended up watching Oz when it aired, downloading now but question about it. Does most of the series take place in the jail or are there other side stories that take place outside?
Deadwood - western type of show, imo one of the best shows ever and best show HBO had
True Blood- 1st season after that it's just Twilight with tits
Vampire Diaries - yeah it's CW and bunch of teenage drama but I enjoy it
Misfits - teens with superpowers who dont give a shit about saving the world, my favorite new show
Being Human - there's american version on sy fy and british one on BBC both very good
Spartacus - gladiators
Supernatural - one of my favorite shows, 2 brothers hunting monsters
Is Vampire Diaries good? I have had quite a few grown men tell me they enjoy the show.
True Blood season 1 and 2 are really good. 3 is alright, 4 started off really good, then became an okay season. I only watch because I actually like the universe the series is set in.
First season is pretty Twilightish with girl meets vamp and they fall in love but the show gets more complicated and the story actually gets pretty good.
Seconding (thirding or whatever we're on) Chuck. It's a great show and it just recently ended so you'll have a full show waiting for you to watch.
뿌리깊은 나무 (Deep-rooted Tree) was a spectacular drama that ran during fall of last year. It's about King Sejeong and his attempts to create and publish the modern set of Korean characters. Honestly though, it's about 10% true and 90% fiction, which is good because it made it quite entertaining. Decently smattering of action, politics and very non-typical ending for a Korea drama.
커피 프린스 (Coffee Prince) was a fun drama if you're into shows about love triangles, cross dressing and coffee.
내 여자친구는 구미호 (My Girlfriend is a Nine-Tailed Fox) was just a light, fun show about a college kid who awakens, and subsequently falls for the mythical nine-tailed fox. Wacky antics ensue. Not a ton of substance here, but it was fun, moved quickly, and Shin Minah (main actress) is one of my favorite Korean actresses.
There's a lot of great Korean TV to recommend, but much of it involves love stories which you may or may not be into. They are easy to consume, though, as the vast majority of shows here are written to be one season and done.
Seconding:
Psych
NCIS
Both great shows. Psych is a great Comedy, and NCIS is just a great awesome.
마녀유희 (Witch Yoo Hee) I liked as well as Coffee Prince. Lots of cooking showed, will make you hungry.
