And cuz theyre JP ofcourse GMs will believe it
And cuz theyre JP ofcourse GMs will believe it
If you aren't in a boting group you have nothing to fear anyway, this kind of classic childish nihongo attitude shouldn't even bother you.
Had a conversation with a few JP friends who have 15/15 Nyzul gear.
Apparently the JP are GM'ing everyone, not just NA/EU (but especially NA/EU I'm sure) because, according to them, the majority of JP "hate people who use tools but use tools" as well but they "suck so they cry cry baby and GM"
The consensus among JP is that anyone who has F100 gear uses clipper. I talked to all 3 about .dat swaps and they seemed perplexed by it, like they knew what they were but maybe hadn't considered using them for the event.
When would be the best time for the SCH to Embrava-ga? As soon as we have entered, or as soon as we encounter the first floor that requires mob killing?
And it is worth it to have someone dedicated at staying at the runic lamp to ascend us as soon as the floor objective is completed?
If you have 2 SCH, just do embrava at the beginning. If you have 1 SCH, use after ~13min or so; hopefully your SCH can lock onto a box at some point. It's worth having a dedicated person at the runic imo.
one that didnt
When we actually 2 hour for the first time during the run we move both schs then send one back.
it doesnt change the fact that a JP is GMing people in Nyzul (a place where they cant even see if you're cheating or not) and GM's are actually looking into it, when I've GMed people for fleehacking in my face in abyssea for a good hour, and GM did nothing. What's the difference?
Remember Salvage? They're much more likely to be watching this type of content than freeforall content like Abyssea, especially since in Abyssea you can have a reason to be moving fast (Sprinters, Atmas etc) versus Nyzul, where it would be very obvious if someone is using clipper.
It's also newer content and much more likely to be getting more reports versus old as shit Abyssea, as well as the fact uncharted has the game's 'top gear' tied to it, SE is likely to be more anal about "maintaining the balance."
Everything that gives you enhanced movement in abyssea, you can also get in nyzul - except atma, which as far as I know only gives 12% and doesn't stack with any +movement speed gear you have on anyway.
The difference is that you can't compare anything you have encountered when GMing flee hacking people with this. You just can't. You have absolutely no idea of what happened. The fact that there is flee hacking and a GM call does not constitute enough material to compare both.
Basic example as to why both can't be compared: you clipper between Nyzul and the assault counter, some random guy notices it, he call GM. By the time the GM arrives, you are running in Nyzul like crazy and you get destroyed.
Meanwhile, you report someone flee hacking in Abyssea, where he can stand in the same spot for 10 hours without moving, where he can flee hack whenever he wants meaning he can also not flee hack, there is no time restriction compared to Nyzul, therefore, no need to actually flee hack and especially not for a long period of time.
All in all, the only relevant point is that Nyzul is mostly done by people cheating to some extent (dat/fillmode minimum in the majority), the event is so crazy that people will resort to cheat ultimately. Meanwhile, Abyssea requires nothing except maybe ASE if you are a lazy fuck. One thing is a cheat contest, the other is something you tri box fully afk, understand now why they can't be compared?
It's like saying "omg, I GM this guy flee hacking to Fafnir and he gets jailed but this guy flee hacking to Spook is fine, what the fuck".
If we add to this the fact that GM speed and actions are totally random, it makes it even more impossible to compare them.
Also, JPs very often mistake other JPs for gaijins and insult/reject/GM them for this reason (which makes for some hilarious situations). They are, as said above, haters.
I thought he was referencing cases in which people continue to flee after the report. Namely, the individual continues to beat him using flees and nothing happens.
So did the players that got caught for hacking get banned by 0 tolerance?
At least for us it was 3 days ban, I would assume that is true of everyone else who didn't have a strike against them already for program use.
You're speaking as if you believe the GM is capable of seeing your screen. There is time between when you issue the complaint and when the GM can actually come over and monitor the situation. If the person stops flee hacking by that point then what else do you expect to happen? It's much easier to get people in trouble in Nyzul because you know that for the next 30 minutes, they are going to be flee hacking through walls, so you can issue a call before they even enter the zone.
Cmon, we all know the real reason why GMs have awakened from their zombie slumber to hand out 3day bans and check for clipper: Tanaka and co. didn't want this content cleared in any reasonable amount of time.
This content was supposed to last for months if not years and people are blowing through it via tools which nullified the silly 25 herpaderps for one 100 drop. The vanilla interface makes order floors damn near an instant lose scenario, the huge floors will destroy most groups not using ventrilo and without specific Embrava strats you stand no chance of reaching 100.
SE knew this and went ahead anyway in releasing this content designed for consoles (I'm choking back laughter) and now their precious little toy has been ravaged like a G.I Joe action figure in the hands of a 5 year old they're mad and 'taking action'.
No one gives a shit about people imitating Cactrot Rapido in Abyssea because that content is old and SE doesn't give a fuck. But new content designed to frustrate the fuck out of you? It's on when you try to even the odds.
I'm actually surprised they haven't changed how order lamps work just as a fuck you to people using DAT edits.
