I think it was established already that the whole group would be guilty regardless of who was using the tools.

if that was the case then wouldn't it be 6/6 people banned instead of 5 ????
One of our sch's walked away.
Was that SCH a lamp member?

SE's watching or has done something with their server side code...and someone in your group was cheating to flag it.
They got to F71 their first run, if they're cheating they're not very good at it.
Was your 6th JP? because they obviously don't seem to want to ban JPs despite how fast they are running.
Goes back to the original question then, you can't claim you aren't being watched if at least one person was cheating and your run got GM'd.
If no one was, then that is interesting.
Edit: JP's didn't get Salvage banned either, nothing new there.
You're missing the string of comments.
Person 1: Guilt by association
JBSOG: One person got away without an infraction
The implication is not that they aren't watching. The implication is that guilt by association would include the 6th member, but they did not include them.
tin foil hat theory:
do you know the 6th person , or is this pickup group? Have any of you done Nyzul with random's and used clipper?
All 6 people are static members. None have clippered with randoms.
If a random pickup member is going to ride into Nyzul on his white steed of morality, I highly doubt said individual would feel so inclined as to GM his own group, for either (A) Fear of being punished as well or (B) Their moral fiber being flushed down the crapper at the thought of getting a piece of 100 gear. The proposition is irrelevant in this case though, because no randoms were in the group.
So then, ward/jim, was someone clipping?
I imagine you are correct; the more I think about it, I can certainly see some people getting a hard on by having a snow white code of "gaming ethics."
Sorry, I suppose I thought this fact was just assumed since Jim made a point of posting that we were GM'd. Yes--Two members were clipping, four were not. Both people clipping were jailed, and three that were not clipping were also jailed. The 6th member had been actively moving (although not clippering) throughout the run, but was stationary at the lamp at the time that the other 5 were moved to jail.
Although irrelevant to the point at hand, at least no one received a permanent ban since it was the first offense for the jailed five.
Yeah if someone really morally objected they would. Morality has nothing to do with convience. However not everyone who claims such morality is actually doing it for those reasons. Like all those high horsed people that say they never cheated but made sure that they were in linkshells that botting like crazy so they could benefit lol
