I've noticed in recent time that popular opinion towards games has become extremely vitriolic. It seems no matter what game comes out, there's a huge section of people who fucking hate it no matter what it is and will produce a tsunami of hateful, sarcastic image macros about it.

It has plenty of lore and a cool world and history, but it doesn't really tell you a story and you have to really work to get any of it. It's a cool way to bring to life the world in a game that doesn't need a story but fuck you if you think it actually passes for good storytelling.
